To be honest I saw that and laughed internally. xD It seems some people are incapable of having mature and respectful discussion over the matter and so it was only a matter of time. The forum is a much less hostile and offensive place without it, that's for sure. All that really happens in there is the some stuff being repeated over and over again with insults and attacks sprinkled in. x.x

This is a group photo of my cannon characters for Dragon Age, in order from RIGHT to LEFT:
 

Beryl Tabris, City Elf rouge Warden who romanced Alistair and put Anora on the throne. All-around do good-er but by no means perfect. (The circle fell because reasons….)

The Hawke sisters, Bethany and Ursula. Ursula’s sister is in the Grey Wardens, Ursula sided with the mages, was a warrior and romanced Anders (she’s still kinda upset about the whole thing).

Finally we have Vollna Cadash, badass dwarf extraordinaire. Prefers crafting to killing but she doesn’t have much choice in the matter anymore. Not much is known about her other than she’s from a ruthless crime family and she’s simply adorable.

On one hand I want to use my Human Noble who became queen as my canon, but I also really loved my Dalish Elf who stayed a Warden with Alistair. Also, since Hawke has to be a human, I feel like I have too many humans if I use her. >.> Because I might use a human mage first in DAI. It's not even that I prefer humans, I'm just egotistical and want my warden to be queen and I want to romance Bull first and I decided to put him with a human mage. I daydreamed this scenario that they're both still struggling to be loyal to where they came from (the circle and the qun), but have suffered from it so much that they find themselves turning and acting against it -- Bull with his hedonistic lifestyle and Korrina with necromancy and dark magic. *sigh* xD

I'm replaying DA:O but I notice that I kind of am burned out on it due to the fact that I've played it so many times. I'm skipping through the dialogue and in my impatience sometimes clicking on the wrong things that make my companions annoyed at me. xD Whoops!

 

I'm glad we have the Keep because my import would suck (I lost all my old ones).

I'm having the same problem. xD; I've lost most of mine as well and I'm going very slowly making new files of the same stuff but I've played the same situations before so it's not very exciting for me. I'm considering just making them from scratch and memory... I just hope my memory is somewhat good. I hate to admit most of my files were very similar but there are some slight differences that I don't know if I'll remember well. I guess I can just make it up with how I see fit. (plus this will help me make decisions I couldn't bring myself to make in-game, like sparing Loghain and romancing someone other than Alistair, haha)

Here's a slightly different question then: can you find a good pic of an actor that would work as your (favourite) Warden or Hawke, or that you could use to model your Inquisitor on?  (I know there's a whole thread for the last one already...)  It's just something I was thinking on for DAI and it just made me think about the other games as well.

yeah, I like the elf, human, dwarf balence I got going with my cannon. I want to keep that balance moving forward.

On the current topic: I still have my saves, but it's going to be tough to choose between my Cousland and my casteless.  Also, I do agree that Varric is supposed to be a little colder this time around, but I'm okay with that.  It makes sense and frankly, I don't blame him one bit.  Still, playing my Cadash will probably make it easier to become friends with him.

 

At this rate, I plan on making a few different world states in the Keep and do a different save for my second Inquisitor.
