Honestly, I never got the appeal of romancing him with a mage. Sure, the forbidden romance thingy he had with the warden was sweet, but not really my cup of tea. My warden flirted with him for the lulz, it made her feel a little bit in control of at least one of her jailors. But with the Inqusitor; if I ever romance him, I'll do it as a warrior.
Iron Bull is playthrough number 3 for me, maybe....

Same! I'll probably go rogue for him if/when I do. I also flirted with him just because I could. XD I honestly forgot about him for the most part until 2 came out and I was like "oh hey, it's that guy!"

I've always liked the "Knight Templar" archetype and considering the human Inquisitor's family is supposed to have ties to the Chantry and the Templars this seems like the perfect time to make my pious knight. Anyway I think it'd be fun to romance him as a hardcore pro-Templar character considering what he went through with Meredith.
I'm in the minority when I say that I never flirted with him on my Amell. I roleplayed her as being a total yandere for Jowan so she only had eyes for him. That's why she ratted him out to Irving, she'd rather he be tranquil than with another woman.

Solas first, then my Cadash who I want to put with Blackwall because Grey Wardens and Dwarves,,, I'm quite indecisive but I know iron Bull will go next, after that I'm thinking about doing Cullen with a Warrior, which is unprecedented because I never play Warriors, could change... Might be Knight Enchanter since it sounds like a chantry title and will only fit a Trevelyan. After 3 it gets murky and uncertain...

I love forbidden romances and pairings with mixed class/race waaay too much lol. I wonder what that says about me? Idk. But I like angst/drama too much and it's usually what gets me excited about roleplaying a romance in a Bioware game. It's very rare I'm myself attracted to any of the characters so I feel the need to come up with such romances in order to be invested.

That's all good, heck, I'm romancing Bull with a mage just for any potential extra drama. I think romancing a mage with a Qunari is more interesting than with a templar. hehe.

That's the same reason why I'm going for Bull with a Qunari mage. Especially since he's you know...a Qunari Qunari and the Inquisitor is Vashoth.

Oh heck yeah, and that is why my next romance with bull with def be with a qunari Inquisitor. I would make it my first, but I wanted to give Sera my first qunari playthrough because I think all the Sera/qunari artwork converted me... it's so adorable. 
Aw all this other romance talk in the Varric thread makes me wish he was an LI. 
I have always been kinda two minds about it cos on the one hand I like the idea of whatever he had with Bianca and would love for them to be reunited if possible. On the other hand, personality wise especially Varric is close to the kinda guy I find myself attracted to and since that's rare for me it would have been nice to have that as an option. Oh well, I'll live.

As deadset as I was for Varric, I've started to feel much the same. Not to say I wouldn't pay all the monies for a Varric DLC for that or hop on the modding train to make it happen (not that Frostbite can do mods) and I very much want to see a Dwarf romance in the future...but at least I can actually play the game now and not just run a Varric Dating Sim with the occasional Fade spirit or Dragon interrupting.

I would especially like a female dwarf LI. Nothing against the guys, but I doubt any other dwarf can be the paragon of manliness as he is.
