Because then everyone would romance him and all the writing, voice recording and cinematic work for the other characters would end up having been a waste of time. So rather than upset their own people, who've been working very hard on the other companions and advisors, they opted to cause widespread depression and despair amongst the massed ranks of players instead.

Yep. haha good one! it looks pretty spiffy too. I'm glad I'm a mage my first playthrough because I'm still having trouble deciding who will be my main mage on my non-mage playthroughs... Vivienne is cool, Solas is smart, Dorian is fun... this will be tough.

Not me. I'll spend hours messing around in the CC, then I'll start playing the game, then I'll realize I'm not happy with my character and start over again. Rinse and repeat a few dozen times. I have a very bad case of restartitis.

Right there with you. >.> Lucky for me my hubby will be able to pull me away when it's his turn.
Our plan is:
1) He builds his Inquisitor, gets to saving point.
2) I follow suit.
3) He plays for an hour and a half.
4) I play an hour and a half.
5) Repeat 4 and 5 until first play through is complete.
6) Among completion; begin at 1.

Those are pretty cool, though I don't much care for the face on that qunari... the horns are nice though. Still not quite sure what sort of horns I want...
On the other hand, that kinda pensive lookin fella looks pretty awesome.

They've already said (somewhere, somewhen) that the CC is the very first thing (after choosing race, I guess) you will do.

When the game finally releases, I'll be sustaining myself on caffeine and feels. I'm not going to leave the apartment unless I run out of coffee. If ME3 taught me anything, it's the fact that I'm not going to get much food or sleep until I've completed my first playthrough. I only slept 4 hours after completing Rannoch, and then I went back and completed the game. xD
