It's been kind of fun having him basically apologize to every single person I needlessly harangue though, heh!

I could never NOT end Kelder's life though, I think that's one of the few choices I have to always do. EXCEPT for never "returning" Fenris to Danarius. I didn't even know that was a choice but I can't even imagine having to be alive after whatever cutscenes are involved there, ugh...

Back to Varric though, I am curious about the new "approval through dialogue" system. I'm sure it will be implemented well but I'm looking to forward to the slightly different tones Brian Bloom brings to positive sarcasm and negative sarcasm.

Who was everyone's favorite companion for Varric to banter with in DA2? Did you have anything from DA2 you'd want him to mention or reference in Inquisition?

I really love his banter with Aveline. The "don't sign" is classic.

I'm pretty sure they already talked about it in the last video, but still, I am loving the fact that that Qunari's ears are slightly curved. And those horns. Ugh. I'm in love. If I wasn't so set on my first Inquisitor, I'd be changing some plans right about now.

Gotta say I'm hyped for my first full male playthrough to be a qunari! They are really showing the potential in the CC for making unique and wonderful looking characters, and while there's been some upset with hair variety it's not really holding the horned folk back in the beauty department imo at least because the wonderfully detailed faces are really the focus of their improvement here.

The reason Qunari have little hair is because a glorious mane would detract from the magnificent horns!

I liked all the party banter that involved Varric^^ But in particular his banters with Aveline, Isabela and Fenris (yes, I said it, the broody elf^^)... The one with the beards and the dancing in Fenris' mansion still makes me giggle *lol* 

 

And Aveline's Don't sign is still a classic. Couldn't help but picture the image when they first talked about that and ended up laughing for a good two minutes.

 

But seriously, everything that Varric says has the potential to be a classic line *gg*

PS: I'm also slowly changing direction as to what to choose for a first playthrough. Originally I wanted to play an elf (just for the lol's, since I usually never play elves), before I did a dwarf, but now I'm thinking I'll try a Qunari first. I'm loving all the different horn-styles and for females, they're not nearly as enourmus as I thought^^ Oh, if only it could be November already, then I wouldn't have to try and be patient^^ Which has never been my strong suit *lol*
