I thought it was a hive mind? Oh well.
But are they big beards? Or just a little fuzz?
Fuzz, no full grown Gimli beards. Unless I missed something in my excitement ![]()

They seem to just be little fuzz, but the fact that they added it at all I find amazing. pretty cool!
People in twitch chat are ruuuuuude. lol
Facial hair for EVERYONE!
No one is forcing you to make a bearded lady dwarf. Don't like it, don't use it.
Imagine that.
I ran out of likes today.
Facial hair for EVERYONE!

I'm...not gonna use the lady dwarf beards myself, but I guess more options is never a bad thing. :S
I won't either, but I think it's great that it's an option. It's probably going to be a minority of people who use it but they still added it, I think that's nice. ![]()
I wonder if they are going to be any female dwarf npcs with stubble, then. I would guess no, but if there are, I hope they don't treat them like comic relief.
If the lady Dwarves get chin scruff, do Elves get little tufts on the point of their ears? Like a bobcat? It would be cute!

Oooh clothing can get dirty when you've been out on the field for awhile, that's neat.
And no one is forcing you to point out I have my own taste and free will.
The problem isn't that you prefer no facial hair, the problem is that you say it is gnarly. IRL women can have facial hair, it's not just a fantasy race thing.
And no one is forcing you to point out I have my own taste and free will.
I'm just saying that the option for some players to put beards on their female characters will in no way affect your enjoyment of your playthrough.

Do people comment on it? And can we suggest to go wash our clothes in the river? *not looking for an excuse to get the ladies naked* ![]()

wait what where

Well, one could argue that those resources could have gone to something else that would have made the game more enjoyable for them. Therefore not having that because of the beards on Female Dwarves does affect their enjoyment.
But that argument is flimsy since it can apply to literally everything in the game.

Exactly. I doubt I'll ever side with the templars. A lot of resources went into creating plotlines specific to siding with them. Do I want them to use all of those resources on mages instead? NO! Because the games are based around choices and allowing you as a player to customize your character. If I want to play as a pro mage bearded lady dwarf with a bad temper, that's up to me. If someone else wants to play as a friendly male qunari who agree with the templars, that's up to them. No one is more correct than the other. Creating more options and more choices is for the most time well spent resources in games like this!
Oh did they say something about that?? I must have missed it.
They said somethinig about adding more hair later...

Great news! ![]()
In that case... maybe I should wait to play my FemQunari (although it will be hard...) and perhaps play my Dwarf in her place instead...
