I really would like to know more about that red lyrium. Maybe as an ex-Carta you get to interrogate other Carta about it.

Red lyrium will play a somewhat important role, I won't say any more than that.

Somewhat important as in we're going to fight a bunch of people hopped up on it and it's growing out of the ground...

 

Those red templar behemoths look scary.

Glad to see you know your first romance Ceo! I plan on romancing Solas eventually as well, just haven't decided which number playthrough yet. XD If I put all the romances I planned in my sig it would be... a lot... all of them.

That would be cool. I'm really exited to play as a Cadash for reasons like this. Ex-carta just sounds so much more exciting to me than human noble or mercenary. xD

Yep, I'm officially set for my first playthrough. I've decided on my main party. My Class, my spec, and my race.

The posters are pretty cool though. I don't think I could get the Varric one though. it's a little too soon

Well... it does show him with Bianca... I'm starting to wonder if Bianca is a figment of his imagination and he really is in love with his crossbow.

I think she is/was a real person. But you don't think Varric is delusional or something, do you?

 

What if you gave Varric the red lyrium and it somehow took on the persona of Bianca from the Fade? The Fade's so thin that maybe her spirit goes into the crossbow?? (assuming she's dead... which i do)

Are the devs sadistic enough to pull that twist? Yes. Did they actually do it? I don't know. Varric could be delusional after the events of DA2. We don't really know how red lyrium works. It has impressive visual effects, but how exactly does it twist the mind? Did Meredith have hallucinations? Did she hear voices?

 

Also I suppose it depends on whether Varric kept the idol or not. We shall see. I had the weirdest dream about DAI earlier (took a nap). Man my mind is weird.

you know, if i look at that Lovers tarot card again, thinking that Varric's under the influence of the red lyrium shard... it's pretty creepy. I mean we don't even see his eyes. his face is all in shadow and he's just smirking. oh Varric, please don't go nuts! ;-;

 

EDIT: also if you cover half his face the expression changes. one side is a sad face, the other is happy

Well, with the Keep it's going to be easy to twist our world states any way we want.

 

The dream? The parts I remember had people riding horses indoors for some sort of ceremony (Josephine was there in some weird flowery armor), but it was interrupted by a... something (can't remember) crashing through the wall. Then there was a part inside a giant clock where someone set off a bomb (I think it was Varric)... And it all ended in a brawl in a coffee shop. (Leliana was there and she threw coffee in someone's face)

 

I swear I am not making this up. It's all I remember though. Well, I remember waking up laughing. Maybe it's because I'm sick. My tummy has been bothering me.

Well, considering the helmet itself, I'm not sure anyone could really pull it off. It reminds me of a miner's helmet.

I gave it to him on a few playthroughs. I only chose to implement that in one keep file though.
