So I had ordered the digital copy of DA:I Deluxe Edition several weeks ago in anticipation of early download and play time, but this morning I got an email from Amazon saying "Congrats! Your pre-order has shipped!"
And then I remembered, I ordered the physical copy of the game about a week after my birthday in July and completely forgot about it. So now in addition to my digital download I'll have a copy I can hold in my hands. Good news is that at least I can return it.

I.... think I've kinda gotten bored with The Last Court. There seems to be so few ways to get the actual things you need to get to complete the game, i.e. secrets, viands and trophies. I spent all my time struggling to keep afloat and get the counselor etc that I wanted. Then I restarted it and... not sure if I can be bothered to pick it up again.

I go get my copy of the game in about 8 hours. That said, I probably won't get past much more than the CC. I'm smack-dab in the middle of trying to get all my big projects turned in on time for the semester. It will be painful working on papers and having the game right there staring at me the entire time... but it will be my reward. BUT THE PRIIIIIZE
I totally will post screenshots of my Quizzies though. xD And even though I doubt I'll get into spoiler territory before anyone else does, nobody has to worry about me saying anything that would be a spoiler, I promise. :3
I restarted 4 times before this I was able to get a hold of what I was supposed to do. It's pretty fun once you get a handle of the mechanics
I've played it a lot - especially when the market days weren't happening! - it just seems impossible to get the things you're supposed to get.
Hey, everyone! Sorry, I've been gone for a while, and decided I should pop in again because everyone here is such fun and Varric is awesome. Don't know if anyone still remembers me. I think I disappeared right around the time the last of the LIs and the race and gender gating was announced...since the forums exploded, I was busy following other threads...and then I got busy with other stuff and real life again. For a while, I couldn't even keep up with the explosion of info and videos that were coming out about Inquisition. I even totally missed the annoucement for the Keep entering open beta until almost a week later, somehow.
So how is everyone doing? Excited about release?
I finally preordered my copy of Inquisition the other day. Went for the PC version from the Origin store in the end. Folks on the PC specs thread said my laptop should be fine and I tested it a bit playing Battefield 4 (you can play it for free for a limited time right now) and it was very stable on low settings. Still a little nervous, since Inquisition will be more heavier, that it might not run or EA will do something stupid and give me the French VO version based on my IP (shouldn't because my Origin is in English, but you never know). Apparently, you can return it within 24 hours of release, though, if you aren't satisfied.
Anyone still think a Varric-thread multiplayer group might be fun?
Yeah I may just restart my TLC game.. I only have 3 days left and I have a sad number of secrets, trophies, ect and have hired NOBODY. xD

Right guys this is me ducking out as it's becoming way too spoilery on BSN, even for me. Hope the people getting the game tomorrow enjoy it and I'll be back sometime after the 19 December-after I've played the game as my exams will be over and I'll have a extra spare time.

Good news: Was just trying BF4 again and it was still perfectly stable on medium settings and I only noticed a little bit of lag (maybe about ~20fps) on high so I should be able to run Inquisition on low just fine and maybe even be able to turn a few settings onto medium, if I'm lucky.
