Awesome! How much does graphics quality matter to you? I only ask this because I've seen some people complaining about the quality of hair/facial hair textures on low PC settings, so I just want to make sure you'll be okay with it. If you want, I can dig up the video to show you an example. Personally I think it looks fine, the only part where it gets iffy is on big beards, imo.

If it's the shiny hair issue, devs have said you only have to raise the quality of the mesh setting for that to go away. And other than that, I think it looked good on low and medium.

edit: I looked it up. Do you use an Internet app called Hola? people were saying that disabling that helped stop that error on Origin

So played the game just a little bit this morning and talked to Varric:

I accidentally asked one too many questions about Varric's book and he disapproved (I think it was the question about Orsino)  Hopefully we'll still be friends. He seemed to like my empathy for the people who died in the blast.

I never make too big of a deal about graphics quality, as long as the game runs smoothly. Good to hear the hair issue is easy to fix, though, if I come across it. Thanks, Chrys!

 

To all of you lucky people who get to play the game already: Hope you are having lots of fun. I'll still have to wait until Friday...I expect this thread is going to be pretty quiet for the next few days. hah hah.

Here's Elena Trevelyan. :3 I like how she turned out. Cheekbones ended up a bit too high/prominent maybe, but it doesn't bother me much unless she's at a specific angle. XD Not bad for my first try with the CC I suppose ~
