yeah it's a shame he wasn't more flexible overall but lol I guess it wasn't a "reach and flexibility" relationship haha! And I agree it was so subtle I kinda forgot about it. Really I was stunned by how lovely it all was. Bull was just as devoted as I had hoped and more.

Almost done with my first playthrough and then it's on to Dorian!! >: D

Maybe I'm biased. But I doubt any romance will beat Dorian for me. By far my favorite character. And my favorite romance. Hopefully you'll love it as much as I did.

Yeah I'm super hyped to play a lady dwarf this time (could never get into it in DAO) but their romance options mean it's gonna get pushed down the list

Right?! It hurts! Also, I was a little disappointed with the lack of dwarf involvement in Inquisition overall. Lots of elves and humans. Same can be said for qunari but at least dwarves had more of a part to play in DAO.

More dwarf and qunari lovin' please!

*hugs* I understand. That part even bothered me a bit... :s But, I've thought a lot on it and have some ideas on why he's like that. Talked it out in his thread and it made me feel better. xD Was a good venting exercise. Coulda been a college essay.... if only college essays were on Dragon Age characters, I'd graduate with a 4.0.

 

Thanks for the hug. You especially know how much I wanted to romance him multiples times and all. And yeah, I see why he's like that but wish it was clearly conveyed as something having to do with him and not with my PC.

ungh ever since Dorian was like "I'll protect you!"  at Redcliffe I was like I need to romance youuu. Sense of humor and kind, reminds me of my Alistair days.

 

I can't get into the idea of Blackwall romance though for some reason. Well... there are reasons I guess. I don't hate him though, he's just last on my list now for LI's. 

 

And Sera dropped a lot more than I expected on my list too.

No I wasn't interested before, based on aesthetics since we knew next to nothing about him, but taking a look at his romance made it worse.

I don't like how it goes in general but my biggest gripe is that you have to hurt the Inquisition to have him released (he even complains about it) and then after you pardon him he talks to you about the romance in the throne room, making the Inquisitor look terribly unprofessional.

To any considering a Sera romance, I recommend not making an elf. It gets... complicated.

and was it just me or was he a total jerk to the inquisitor after giving him complete mercy to make up for his past crimes? )x I expected at least a thank you or something but I almost felt like he was mad that I intruded on his impending execution... sigh

Cullens' romance is...pretty hot actually. Do recommend.

Overly childish and overtly sexual are big turn offs for me, so it took me forever to romance Merrill or Isabela in DA2. But I did so eventually over the summer while we waited for news on Varric

Hmmmmmmm that's something to consider! I've already made my female elf (and she's freaking gorgeous I totally have a crush on her) but she's a rogue... So maybe Cullen first... Then Solas?

The only romance I never completed (as in finished a game with it active) is Leliana, but it was really hard for me to romance Merrill. She ended up with my completely crazy Hawke

Meh, just send him to the wardens. He likes that! And I feel like it's the best option. He did a very bad thing, he can't get away without some kind of punishment. But then again, I spared Loghain. I think I have a thing for sentencing people to redeem themselves by becoming wardens. xD
