I did like the companion-specific specialties! Made me feel less like a clone of whoever I shared a specialization with. xD Plus variety.

It also takes a long time to become proficient, so having companions that could only use one weapon and had a specific style, even between same weapon types (Carver and Fenris), made sense.

Dagna is so unique, she deserves it.

Well Solas doesn't approve of it if you do if that means anything in your choice. Personally I haven't done it myself yet but I have it planned for one where Morrigan's got a normal baby not sure why just feels like thats a good time to drink for me.
