So I feel for you about the Jacob thing... But actually I feel like it was really in his character to move on. He was never serious about Shep. If you try to have a serious conversation about the relationship or his father he breaks up with you.
So when he finds someone he actually loves he goes for it. It's still kinda shitty to put Jacob fans through that buuuut like I said, it's not out of character

Shepard's a badass, but I think even Shep would have a hard time completing the events of ME2 (including DLC) in less than six months. And y'know, the reapers strike in autumn (based on Turian reports, they declare war on 9/28). That gives Shepard a maximum of 2 -1,5 months to complete the events of ME2 (because that game begins in 2185).
Bottom line, your version makes no sense.
I tell ya, if there's one thing I could do with appearing in the next patch, whenever that arrives, it's the much called for storage chest. I have the full 90 slot inventory... but over 50 slots are filled with unique armour and weapons (and all the original "person X only" armour items) that I never use but don't want to lose!

No, I don't actually. Brynn doesn't even bring it up and only talks about it after Shepard brings it up. So I don't see this wanting to rub it in Shepard's face when Shepard started it. Nor do I see her naming the kid after Shepard a troll move since they do that regardless of romance so the romance is not involved in that decision.
Normally I say it is a stretch, but the Reaper War in ME3 takes only six months so I don't see it as a stretch at all to have a much smaller plot handled in less time. Bioware has a tendency of things going a lot shorter than you think is possible. Origins only took less than a year. Inquisition only took a few months. ME1 only took a couple months. ME3 only took 6 months. I see no reason why ME2 has to be disproportionately longer.
But as I said last post, I think we should get back to Varric.

I kind of assume that in Frostbite a "take stuff" interface was "easy" but a "take and store stuff" interface was "hard". For given definitions thereof. So maybe they weren't able to sort it out in time, and concentrated on the stuff they needed more?
