I will be the first to admit that i am not good at sniping.......well i suck! Also the screen shake is annoying.. BUT there is one sniper rifle that will make me use one of my many sniper rifle rail amp 3..  The kishock Harpoon Gun...

Nothing makes me lol in this game more then walking round a corner and seeing a phantom and just smiling because you know what is about to happen. Shooting her in the face and watch has the phantom is sent flyng across the screen.

When i use the kishock harpoon gun, I just want to shoot Phantoms in the head..

 

Thank you KISHOCK HARPOON GUN for giving me many lol moments against phantoms

My third fav sniper rifle.

 

No hip fire penalty, ignores shield gates, ragdoll and stagger, 3x headshot multiplier, light weight - these qualities make it a top notch weapon imo.

Used to like it. Until my Assassin drew a PUG game on thunderdome/Cerberus.  Getting shot from three directions with a single shot gun is just repeated dying. 

 

I like the gun, but only when I can host and specify the map.  And only if I can carry a good backup.  I like it on the Batsent. Net-shoot-repeat.

Whenever I play with the kishock on host I get like 80000 more points than the next closest player. It's hilariously good, not to mention deliciously entertaining. Nothing quite like shooting a trooper with it and watching them go soaring off the map

Stasis, subnet, sabotage are the friend of the Kishock.

 

Try it with concussion arrows for max lulz though.

native piercing vs guardian shields, native DoT, 0% hipfire penalty, Insanely powerful and enough force to break a banshee sync kill. Aside from a slight delay when firing off host, what's not to like?

 

Edit - and you can use cherry bomb bullets for maximum lolz

I agree, it is similar for me. Not much into sniping, but the ragdoll effects are just hilarious.

One of my faves. You don't need Stasis/SubNet or a stagger power... just use it like a shotgun. I guess if you're on a laggy host they would be helpful though.

 

Only things that would make it better would be an omniblade and the ability to stick kills onto walls.

Yes, I can imagine that. Subnet/Stasis can make Phantoms easy work, while Sabotage lacks though.
