Right. Since I can't find any topic on the subject anywhere o the Bioware forums, I'm creating this subjects in what I think is the *most *related forum.
So, the main reason I want to create this topic is to have people share what they think about the app, and the second one is to complain a little =)
I'll start with my second reason: having a lot of champions isn't a bad thing, but I think that whoever develops this app should be a bit more careful about each character. We had a bunch of famous heroes at the beginning, which I was quite contend with, but as they kept adding more characters, I began to think things such as:
soooo, Athenril is epic when Templar Carver is Gold? And we have Legionnaire warriors as Bronze? Wth? But Chasind Scouts get Silver. Riiiiiiight... And, oh. They put Sondal as Legendary. Okay, he's got skills and unknown powers, but I think other characters deserve the rank more than him (or, if it's a matter of fame, it makes my previous statements even more valid)
And seriously, the Architect as Legend. but Corypheus as Epic???? Are you kidding me? He's a Motherwrecker Magister of Old goddamnit!! And, yeah, let's put giant corrupted spiders as Bronze too. Totally makes sense.
If you didn't get it, my oint is: a lot of characters are misplaced in terms of rank, and thus power. It's not because it's got a name that it should immideatly be gold+ either.
Now to my main point: Bioware announced that this app may interact with DA:I in some manner: are there any news about that? Since Bioware is good at making stories and creating universes, I would find it a bit disappointing that they would just make an app like that because it's cool to have famous characters fighting each other and that fans will spend fortunes on it.
Anyway, I'm done for now ^^
