So with the shale DCL aced. What makes you think that bioware will keep their word. Unless you buy the  ultimate edition. You wont get every thing you bought. 

 

I love you bioware don't get me wrong. I'm going to buy your new game on the ps4. But it gets me worried when you offer something with a perorder then don't deliver like the shale DLC.

 

Ya I know you got bought out buy Microsoft and are offering more on there system. But I'm still going to buy your game one the PS4. But I would like to know that your going to offer your perorder bonuses after the game comes out that you said you are going to offer.

 

Because the only way to get shale is to buy a brand new game on the PC. And that's just wrong and you know it so why should I preoder when you don't make good on you promises

I'm not sure I understand. There doesn't seem to be a shale DLC for DA:I. Perhaps it is due to my experience with English.

 

However, I must assure you that it's unlikely that a mistake would be made twice. I'm sure everything will be perfectly fine.

People need to know that you can't get Shale DLC unless you buy a brand new copy of dragon age. It's messed up and uncalled for. So why should any on preorder the game when the company I love goes back on their word.

If you bought the original copy you would know that you can't down load shale. And its really messed up senses I had to buy and new copy off steam.

But this is the Dragon Age Inquisition forum.  Why bring up the Shale DLC here?

 

Secondly, I'm pretty sure you can get the DLC if you already had a copy of the game.  You might try the technical help forum or contacting EA?  I had issues with some ME1 DLC, and my issue was resolved quickly.

First off I have posseted about this. Second why would they keep the dlc you bought if the don't offer old dlc that people bought.

I still don't know if I understand. Again, my English is very bad. I don't think there has been any DLC released yet though as the game has yet to be released.

You did not have to buy the stone prisoner if you had a copy of the game without this DLC.  If the steps do not work, contact EA via live chat.  My experience was overall positive in dealing with technical support.  I know it can be hit or miss with tech support (no matter the company).
