I'm done, finally done. After 800+ hours, and a glitched account that made me think I lost my manifest with only 10 more to go(thanks for the help BroJo :3), I can finally work on getting equipment back(because I'm a scrub).

Congrats. Now the true UR search begins for Cyclonic IV and Reset Cards.
Actually, the second least expensive pack is great for reset cards too. The other ones that I know of are; Arsenal Packs, and some here told me regular Specter Packs, and they seem to be right.
But to help you out with Cyclonic mods, don't just worry about getting the level IV ones, the level 2 & 3 ones are great too. So be sure to buy a ton of the second cheapest packs to greatly help you out in other favourite consumables.
Try not to set up too many kits that are dependent of Cyclonic mods all at once, as well too. Like setting up some kits for super fast Shield regen rate. The Geth Trooper being a very good one for this because all regular Geth kits have faster then normal default Shield recharge rates to begin with. So combing that with the Troopers Fortification renk 5 faster Shield regen evolution + the one in Fitness + Stronghold Gear + Shield Cells consumable = 1.32, or 0.99 if shields aren't completely down, shield regen rate!
And if there is a favorite weapon amp you can't get enough of, use VI's only for your favourite weapon class to greatly help out (so for me I only use VI's for ARs). Plus you should always be aiming for head anyways.

LOL. Please stop. I don't need your expertise. By the way shield regen only gets you so far when there is a cooldown on shieldgate anyways.
