I have no time for demons, so Cole is out.
I have no time for crazy conspiracy theorist apostates, so Solas is out.
The rest of them.... I am sure I'll get along just fine with them.

Even Dorian?
Since I will be playing as a pro-mage Dalish Elf / Surface Dwarf / Qunari archer rogue...
Cullen :- Pro Chantry, Pro-Circle, Ex-Templar and Andrastian. My Inquisitors and him will definitely have clashes and problems.
Leliana :- Pro Chantry, Andrastian, Left Hand of The Divine, Orlesian Bard, Claims to have visions from Maker, had a role in Halamshiral massacre. Too much baggage and is deluded with Chantry doctrine. Unless she drops her religious nonsense and focuses on her job, she will not be getting along well with my Inquisitors.
Morrigan :- She will get along well just fine. Right after she tells my Inquisitors what had happened to the Warden (my Wardens romanced her and went through the Eluvian with her).
Flemeth :- Again, I think my Inquisitors will get along with her. The question is whose word should my Inquisitors pick ? Flemeth of Morrigan ?
Scribbles :- No idea. Bioware please at least give us her name !
Cassandra Pentaghast :- Pro Chantry and Andrastian. However she has been known to put her duty, responsibility and occasionally, rational thought first. If she does that as opposed to waxing lyrics about Chantry and Andraste, she will have no problems with my Inquisitors. Might even romance her. That is unless Scribbles shows up to be a better option.
Blackwall :- Grey Warden, Put his duty and responsibility first. Going to be best buddies with him.
Iron Bull :- James Bond of Qunaris, a Ronin in a sense, sends reports back to the Qunari, wants to fight, get drunk and have sex. As long as the Bull have no issues with my Inquisitors asking him about the Qun and the Qunari, he will get along just fine. Which I am sure he will do. My Inquisitors will not boss him around, they will just let him do his insanely awesome hack & slash.
Sera :- Wildcard, impulsive, focused on the present, thief. Have no problems with her going against the law and the nobles but not so sure about her impulsiveness. My Inquisitors are focused on long term goals and the bigger picture. Then there is how she treats Cole. So most likely my Inquisitors and her will not bet getting along well.
Varric :- A scoundrel, a poet, a storyteller, have plenty of connections with other people. Plus he is Varric. My Inquisitors will not have any problems with him. As long as he lends me his books. ![]()
Cole :- A lonely spirit finding his/its place in the world and wants to genuinely help. I am curious about him, I want to give him a big hug and I am okay with him helping. No problems here either.
Dorian :- A dashing and swarthy Tevinter magister who is unlike his peers and wants to change the perception and how things work in his homeland. I want to see how he views slavery first but I am sure he will be against it. Again, no problems here for my Inquisitors.
Solas :- A self learned arcane intellect who offers and is open to new perspectives. Yo mate, come on aboard the Inquisition ! My Inquisitors will definitely like him.
Vivienne :- Pro Circle, has fashion fetish, part of the Grand Game or Orlais. Wants Cole to be banished and has her own secret agenda. Yeah, my Inquisitors will probably leave her in Skyhold with her ridiculous clothes and let her spend her days there admiring them in vain.
All in all, my Inquisitors will get along very well with Blackwall, Iron Bull, Varric, Cole, Dorian, Solas. My Inquisitors might get along with Cassandra if she can get over her loyalty to the Chantry, which she has been known to have done in the past (going her own way and defying Seekers and allying with mages in Dawn of the Seeker).
Not so sure about Leliana, Cullen, Sera, Vivienne.
Even Dorian?
Why wouldn't I get along with Dorian? He seems like a genuine nice guy, who wants to change Tevinter. Seems admirable enough.
Male Human Mage (presumably a former Circle mage): Jasson Trevelyan
Solas - I will be very wary of him, as people who can touch the Fade and manipulate it so readily can be very dangerous.
Vivienne - We should get along fine, but I will be watching her carefully.
Dorian - we'll bang, ok?
Blackwall - My Mage will have great respect for the Wardens, so Blackwall and I will get along great.
Cass - My mage is pretty pro-Circle, so I shouldn't have much issue with Cass. Also, she's one of my favorite characters so I really wanna be her friend.
Iron Bull - As long as IB has no problems with my being a mage, he and my Inquisitor are gonna have some awesome adventures.
Varric - He'll be my best bro, enough said
Sera - I'm kind of wary of her, considering her Robin Hood outlook on life.
Cole - probably more of a parent figure to him. As long as he doesn't abuse his abilities, we should be fine. However, if he shows signs of turning into a demon, I will end him.
I haven't really been keeping up with the latest news, but, if I made a character built entirely on how I felt and not based on roleplay...
Remove :
Cole - Every time we have had a demon in our party, it has gone terribly, terribly wrong. Destroy with extreme prejudice.
Iron Bull - We cannot suffer the Qunari to live.
Dorian - We cannot suffer the Tevinter Magisters to live.
Cullen - Do not want. Seriously, stop showing up; you're a Templar, stay in one general area until you go crazy from lyrium!
Befriend :
Cassandra - Secret agent working with Leliana, one of my favorite Origin characters? Yes please!
Grey Warden Guy - I like the cut of his jib, and he's apparently the closest thing I get to a Chevalier. ![]()

How is Solas a conspiracy theorist?

Blaming the Circle and other conventional magic for the state of the Fade.
i always want to try to get along with everybody in my main game. altho not sure if that'll be possible this time around. in fact i might not play like that this time.
Cullen: ehh idk about him, i don't think he'll be the same as he was in 2, but if he still thinks mages aren't people we're gnna have a serious problem.
Leliana: romanced her in origins with my warden. sure we'll get along well. although she has defiantly changed and her devotion to the chantry might be a little much. but i love her so more than likely a good friend.
Scribbles: don't know much about her, but i hope we get along. will admire her scribe work.
Cassandra: altho our views will prob be different, i think she isn't so much like cullen. she is defiantly looking out for the chantry but she has changed like the others and ultimately i think she is all about the truth and bringing back order and peace. i like her personally.
Vivienne: she is a strong mofo. i really like her. idk what exactly it means when she says she is pro-circle. prob not like the templars. but will defiantly respect her.
Cole: i didnt read asunder so dunno what happened with him, but from reading his quote i think i really like him and get along well with him. he's out to help people and i will protect him and support him. seems very genuine.
Blackwall: dunno much about him at all, but i admire that he wants to protect people as a grey warden and is willing to sacrifice himself. i'll prob think he's cool. but yea idk what his personality is really like.
Dorian: we are gnna be tight ass bros. i really appreciate his goal of wanting to change tevinter. he's using his power for good. also think he is fun and charming.
Sera: really like her. she seems fun and like how she stands up for the little guy. possible love interest but i dunno. i haven't figured out who my inquisitor is going to be exactly so. but defiantly will get along.
Solas: he is very cute. i like how mellow he is. will defiantly have some interesting conversations. I'm sure we'll get along.
Varric: Varric. witty handsome drawf. of corse will love him.
Iron Bull: will be bros with Iron bull also. i dunno how much he follows the Qun's ideas and how adventuring outside has influenced him, but I'm not crazy anti-qun. sense ima be a female quinari tho it'll be intresting.
Morrigan: no idea what she up to. want to trust her, but dunno if my inquisitor should.
so yeah i dunno who i want my inquisitor to be exactly but i do love all the companions. but have no clue how they will feel about me, so we'll see what happens.

Cole wants to help people which is more than I can say for most templars
As for Solas he isn't a conspiracy theorist. He isn't blaming the Chantry or anyone for what happen. He doesn't know what caused it and wants to find answers as well as solution.
I assumed what Solas meant about the fade being dependent on what you believe about it meaning that if individuals believes the fade is evil then that will influence their personal experiences of it, not that the general Chantry belief that the fade is evil caused a nice place to become dangerous.
The fade is a dangerous place but the Chantry's teaching just make it all the more dangerous.
I will be rival with everyone and friends with everyone so I can get as much of the dialogue the game has to offer. In other words it will add replay value.
Blaming the Circle and other conventional magic for the state of the Fade.
He's never even quoted in expressing this belief in any way shape or form. All that's been said is he's not so guarded and close-minded when it comes to the fade and hates the black and white mentality that is found throughout the world of Thedas.

Do you have a problem with Robin Hood? I'd love to have somebody like Robin Hood in my inquisition.
This is based on me, not my character. With my different characters, they will each have different friends and rivals, but for me:
Friends
Varric
Solas
Dorian
Sera
Blackwall
Morrigan
Rivals
Vivienne
Cullen
Iron Bull
Cassandra
Leliana
Unsure
Cole
Scribbles
Based on what little we know I'd say Varric and Sera will be my bffs Cass and Blackwall might be too depending on how much they prioritize the Greater Good.
Everyone will be my friend. If they don't, I kill them!
My Inquisitor sticks her neck out for no one, so her friend will be Varric...
and that's about it.
I don't know yet. I friended Sebastian and rivaled Isabela despite having far more in common with the latter than the former; the twists and turns that may come up with these companions are not yet known to me.
The only ones I feel reasonably sure of are Solas (friend) and Iron Bull (rival). Sera as a friend is almost positive, though.
Friends
Cassandra

Varric
Varric-now it doesn't look good for us when i was fine with him in da 2 now he seems complain because inq left villagers to die.So i will see how it will work i don't have problems with him .
Sera-Same as above.
Cassandra- Im not big fan of the chantry so well i guess she won't be on my friend list or i on her if she will boss around or threaten my character i will put her down if not and she will accept my anti-mage views we will be fine.
Leliana-Well we won't be best friends for sure as i said im not big fan of the chantry not that i liked what she was doing last times.
Dorian-don't mind seem fine for me but with my anti-mages views we probably end as enemies.
Solas-don't know what think about him but as above my views will make us probably enemies.
Vivienne-Nope i don't trust her at all as far i think that char is closest to stab us in our back and my anti-mages views won't help here i will chop her as soon i can.
Cole-Hell no , no more demons or spirits series taught me that i should kill them on spot as soon i see one.Eventually i take him to the party and keep my eyes on him as he can be useful but after problems are solved i will send him to hell or to the fade.
Cullen-nope despite my anti-mage views i don't like guy nor i belive in his competence.
Blackwall-as far i don't know much about him so no problem as far.
Scribbles-as above.
Bull- hmm im not big fan of qunari so well now it doesn't look good but i will have to see i will give him a chance.
Everybody except maybe Cole on my first play through and on my second....Cass, Vivienne, Sera(hit on her a lot!), Bull, Dorian, Leliana(flirt!), Blackwall, Varric, Scribbles and Cullen. My second play through I will be a human male mage and these will describe my relationship with Cole and Solas...
