I have was going to reinstall ME3 and when I was going to download all the DLC's I have purchase in the "Your registered game content" section, there are no downloadbuttons avaliable, only for ME2. Strange...

 

So how do I do in order to download them again?

You download and install the DLCs via Origin or at least, that's how I did it.
