@andysks: Right, well here's one I haven't tried yet: I ran into an issue with large radius skydomes with illumination textures getting shadows where they intersected roof tiles. Hellfire suggested trying it as an SEF file, since those don't take shadows. If it works, then various interior skydome effects could be built using different sky appearances.
I can get you the model and scale it up, if you are interested.
