Ok so I installed the game yesterday and got all set up with the registration and stuff, did the promo codes for the pre order and the collectors edition. They downloaded into the game but no items. Some of the items you get "immediately" and they rest later on. They are in the quest log downloaded content.

Today when I went to play the game no items still and now there are no discriptions in the downloaded content and the names are just some random letters. I cant seem to redownload them so I am at a  loss.

EA seems to be out today or something because it has been 15 hrs with no reply to my email.
