I'm sorry but I don't like the amount of romance options I see so far as a Straight dude. Cassandra is.... not what I would consider attractive(in all aspects). I don't mean to say she is the worst romance option to who ever likes her but she's not my cup of tea. I wanted to hook up with Sera but she's a lesbian. I don't want to offend anyone it's just I want more options than this. Does anyone else have a problem with the current options in Inquisition?

 

You can't always get what you want.  And there is nothing wrong with Cassandra.  Women are NOT just brainless warriors with big ******.

I think Cassandra is ok and I have been complaining about having a female Warrior Li for a while now so I will reserve my judgement until October. 

 

I absolutely loved Aveline in DA2 I thought she was beautiful and her personality was great as well and her and Hawkes relationship dynamic was fantastic and thats why in most of my DA2 games my Hawke stayed single as did Aveline "Donnic I think not loser". 

 

Back on the topic of Cassandra though I'll give it time but shes no Aveline to me granted others didnt like Aveline and thats cool but in my opinion the two best female characters in DA2 were Aveline & Bethany.

 

Oh yeah Vivienne & Scribbles are looking interesting I am gonna romance both if possable.

It's because her looks seem to matter first for you. How is that not shallow?

Judging by looks alone, I agree that so far no one that is shown fits my taste. Maybe Sera, but then again she's female exclusive so that's disappointing.

 

I don't think being disappointed by the options presented so far based on looks is a "wrong" thing to do. Sure, "personalities" and "characters" are important, but surely only the most idealistic and naive of person would only say that "looks don't matter."

 

Of course, what I find as not attractive, people may find beautiful. I am just speaking from my point of view, mind you.

 

Eh, if the romance options are all revealed and I find none of them fit my taste, I am just gonna make my handsome/beautiful Inquisitor friendzoning everyone, hahahaha.

I have just said that I think Cassandra is attractive, but based on DA2 and what i know of her personality, i don't like her, and don't want to romance her.

 

I dont find Vivienne or her priorities attractive or endearing at all.

 

I know nothing of Scribbles, and she remains my last hope.

 

It is entirely personality based for me.

You have the same thoughts as I do in regards to Cassandra and Vivienne. Not wanting to romance them has everything to do with how they've been portrayed thus far. Perhaps in game they'll have more endearing qualities. We'll have to wait and see.

I appreciate the Input and again I never meant to offend anyone. I was just a little curious as to the opinions of my peers. I weigh romance in high regard in a bioware game so I want to be pleased. If I am wrong thank you for putting me in my place. 

 

I think there's a decent chance you will be.
