Now , going with the whole theme of the veil being torn and the fade and what not it seems really weird that we just get the same 3 old trees where it seems mages and assassins are getting atleast 1 new tree , spirit warrior makes total sense for the warriors to get if you ask me and it was by far my favorite tree , i don't like playing a mage but in a world where magic and demons exist as if you wouldn't use magic , so spirit warrior was a perfect balance.
Secondly dual wielding long swords as a warrior was probably my favorite thing to do in DA:O and was pretty bummed they took it out in DA2 purely because they were too lazy to make separate non flashy animations ( frankly the DW dagger animation in DA2 was ridiculous who does flips into their enemy , your momentum would completely stop and youd fall on the floor and get stabbed in the head )
it just added a lot more ways to play your character especially when games like the elderscroll series exist where you can pretty much mix and match whatever you want and play how you want to play , which apparently is what you guys keep saying in all the interviews "we want the player to be able to play how they want" but by limiting everything by class and equipment you cant play how you want to play , maybe i want to be a mage use a 2 hander and medium armor? so far from what ive seen we will still have the really restricted dragon age 2 system which really ruined the game for me and one of the things that made DA2 a boring experience for me personally
Why isn't spirit warrior back as a specilization? also dualwielding as warrior

Well Spirit Warrior was not added in the base game, it was added to the Awakening DLC the same goes for other specializations as well. So we can only assume that Bioware will add more specializations, maybe even spirit warrior to a DLC in the future. I can't really say anything on the whole dual-wielding with a warrior thing since I didn't even know you could do this.

Well i do just find it weird that the mages and rogues are getting new trees but the warriors seem to be getting champion reaver and templar which we have seen in both DAO and DA2 seems a little slack though hopefully they will add more

Mage got new trees because Spirit Healer and Bloodmage were both rather broken and healing got revamped for DAI, Knight Enchanter might be their new try at an Arcane Warrior
Don't know why rogue got two new trees but the rogue specializations were always rather boring they didn't change the way you play your character whatsoever.
Warrior gets no new trees because they were probably content with the class and its specs.

due to them saying multiple times that your specialization will have some sort of effect on the story I don't think they are going to add more specializations and I feel as though that is why we are stuck with three instead of four. considering reaver was my favorite I am not that mad but the fact that I can't be a berserker reaver is kinda disappointing...

It's true that the Spirit Warrior was incredibly fun to play, and Dual-Wielding is my favorite warrior build in DA:O. However if Spirit Warrior doesn't make a return, I'd be content with the Templar Tree.
