Search is even more worthless on the new boards so resorted to asking.
Seen it reported that if you were Paragon & Renegade on an ME1 save it therefore makes the profile incompatible with the ME2 importing.
As "multiple" playthrough's were encouraged with the first title many people will have full charm/intimidate from the apparent design flaw (what else should we call it if this is as reported).
I've also seen it posted ME2 can't cope with more than 10 or 11 imports, at this point it doesn't really matter much as the several dozen character profiles I have kept stored for years now are all full charm and intimidate from multiple playthrough's.
Any solutions ready for launch or is this an issue users will have to resolve?

I'm not 100% sure about the paragon and renegade problem, but the import limit is no longer true. It was mentioned by Chris Priestly that there was a limit (about Christmas time), but he later corrected himself saying that it was no longer the case. So you can import as many characters as you want.

Paragon & Renegade are different from Charm & Intimidate. The former meters don't carry over between New Game+ playthroughs, the latter do. I assume the Paragon/Renegade problem that was referenced applies to the meters, not the persuasion talents. So I don't think you have too much to worry about. IIRC it's nearly impossible to get to 75% on both without using one of the exploits, and I also seem to recall that the potentially conflicting bonuses are only rewarded for a 100% full meter.
