Sera seems fun-loving and not too serious, but still interested in make the world a better place. Cassandra seems passionate and devoted to her work. Vivienne seems ambitious and willing to get her hands dirty to get what she wants.

I have no idea about Scribbles, but she'll probably be unique and interesting in her own way.

Leliana is Leliana. Okay, the Inquisitor can't romance her, but she's my Warden's ex and it's kind of like romancing her again.

I don't know who will be available and for whom, but the selection seems great. It boggles my mind when people call them ugly (they look great!) or say there's no one for them. They all have different personalities. I understand complaining after we know exactly who isn't open for romance, but right now it seems like a good mix.

I love Dorian, so I pretty much know I have at least one LI that I'm really interested in. There's enough males that the rest of the selection could be either great or not so great.

I think not being interested or already being excited is both valid.

People who are excited also have little information to go on afterall.

I think all companions looks good , some are really beautiful , some are less beautiful but have charisma.

I mean different opinions , tastes etc...come to play.

So far I can safely say I'm interested in basically all three female companions. I'm still in a wait-and-see stance for the male bunch, though.

I'm certainly excited by Cassandra.  Especially if you take Sera(off table) mix is different, so i can sort of see where others might not be as excited.

I'm pretty excited too!  Dorian looks fantastic and has inspired me to roll a male toon for my first m/m romance.  Sera seems great and she'll probably make a great LI for my second or third Quizzy.  I'm not really into Cullen, but I am happy for his fans.

 

I'm eagerly awaiting (and somewhat dreading) Cassandra's sexuality and Varric being confirmed/denied as a LI.

I think it is the photoshop generation. Anything that doesn't meet the fake beauty the media shows us on a daily basis is automatically not good enough.

Sera's the only new character I'm interested in. I like Cassandra but idk if she romance material for me. Ill give her a shot at some point. I've hated Cullen for years and Dorian just doesn't appeal to me(I hate his mustache). If Varric is available to femdwarf id give him a shot once, though he's still not my first choice.

Well, I thought I wasn't in the level of optimism this thread was trying to inspire, but I guess could get behind this, it's a very positive way of putting how I feel about the possible LIs right now

 

 I could even add that I'd be very happy if Solas turns out to be an option, because I think he'd have a very interesting romance, judging on what we already know about him and being PW his writter

I am really looking forward to cullens romance, hoping varric is LI and if they threw in Solas too that would be great! If solas and varric are not LI or race gated I hope cullen is at least available to all races or else my Female inquisitor will be forever alone.

They look fine. At least I think so.

 

What we know about their personalities, however, is just not very encouraging. An austere, hard-edged lifelong member of an authoritarian religious order, and an austere, hard-edged politico nicknamed "The Iron Lady". And maybe a character we don't know the name of. Who is an NPC we leave behind in a 100 hour-long semi Open-World game.

 

Yes, there may be hidden depths to these characters we don't know. It may turn out one of them really is this games Leliana, or Tali, or Merril. But saying they are awesome based on what we kno now and we are fools to be disappointed I don't think it fair...
