Okay, what's with the pale skin tone and blonde hair being included as an "improvement"?

 

It's one thing to remove facial/body hair but a whole new level of wrong when you're whitewashing him.

There's no hair dye in Thedas. Nor skin bleaching.

 

Razors are fine but making him pale and blonde is crossing the line.

 

Not that I disagree with your overall point(I agree fully, in fact), but I'm willing to bet that hair dye does, in fact, exist in Thedas. And if it doesn't, colored hair pieces surely do.

To be honest I wouldn't begrudge anyone for using a mod that eliminates Dorian's facial hair.

Changing hair color or hair style isn't as objectionable as that can be done by anyone at any time in real settings. (barber shops )

 

Of course it would make dialogue involving his dialogue a little immersion-breaking but you get what you get

The only people who have handlebar mustaches these days are hipsters. Not that I'm a hipsterphobe, I just needed to set the record straight.

Dorian's handlebar mustache is truly anachronistic and immersion-breaking, like how a disproportionate number of our party members have been mages. No to the magestache agenda! I hereby petition Bioware to chop off the tips of Dorian's mustache. Thank u for your time

Personally I like Dorian's stache. Without assigning any level of attractiveness or lack there of to it, it makes him stand out. Makes him very distinctive. From a character design point, I consider that a positive.

I think Dorian is hot as hell to be honest. This is the first time I've felt so compelled to go the m/m romance route for my first character.

I'm not too keen on his face without the moustache either. I am not a fan of them in general but his face looks weird without it. I think if he just had a less pretentious moustache it might not be as bad.

 

I think what bugs me is the undersized goatee. Anyone know who's voicing him?

Salvador Dali was a total babe in his youth and Mario? His 'stache is a different kind but that made me lol.

 

 

I think that's gorgeous then again I have specific tastes. Adrien Brody was the best choice for his portrayal in Midnight in Paris.

well as an artist that draws faces all the time yes I know a thing or 2 about "good looks"

 

sure u have some cultural influence there and some personal ones here ...etc but OVER ALL i think a small percent if not microscopic percent of the gay population likes twirly mustaches  : / and bad hair
