Okay so I was looking at videos on youtube and came across this one. I don't remember alot of the dialogue. Namely the ones that start at 8:41 on this video. Anyone else heard it or no if it can be put back into the game? Just curious.

That dialogue is always present in the game (not hidden or cut), that's the dialogue you get with a Shepard who is friendly with Kaidan and fostered a friendship with him, though its possible that having an imported Shepard from ME1 is also a requirement for that dialogue (wouldn't know that for sure, all of my Shepards were ME-imports and not a new ME3 character)

Ok I have had the same femshep through all 3 games and I never got that dialogue in my game. Do you only get it if your friends not LI?

Are you talking about when Udina shows the video of Shepard killing the Salarian Counselor? ****Spoiler**** That will happen if you didn't have a save with Thane alive.

Yup. To clarify.. You only get to see the Udina message if the following dont take place: -
1. You did not meet Thane at Huerta Hopsital or he died in ME2
2. You did not save Kirahee in ME1 and talk to him on Surkesh in ME3.
Normally Thane saves the Salarian councilor but if he is not there and Kirahee survived, and you spoke to him on Surkesh, then Kirahee will save the councilor.
So to see the message you need to not meet Thane and do not save Kirahee in ME1 or do not talk to him on Surkesh
