I had heard from somebody that played it a demo screening that you required 18GB for the full install option. No idea if that is true.

I haven't seen anything, but I am going on the assumption of somewhere around 12-14, based on the fact that most games right now take up somewhere between 4-7G by themselves.  Assuming both ME2's discs are around that size, then 14G seems reasonable. Not sure though, just me speculating.

FFXI took less than 10 with all 4 expansions on it. I seriously doubt it will be 18gb.

I only have 13.7GB's... so I'm hoping this isn't true. I don't know if that's with all the cinematics, or if they have an option to install everything but the cinematics. My old Xbox broke, and the guys at microsoft sent me a new on, though I kept my old HD from when I first bought a 360 years ago. I would've bought another larger one and played through ME1 again if I'd known. Oh well, all I can do is hope that it's like 12GB :)

A good idea is to maybe uninstall ME1 if you have since you'll probably be playing through ME2 mostly now so you can get some more space on your HD.

I don't think you can install the game on xbox 360. People asked this question quite a few times and there was no reply so I'm guess the answer is no.

IGN did an ariticle about what houston said, disc one will be played until a funnel point, then disc tow popped in for the middle game, and back to disc one at the end.

Most Xbox 360 games don't go past 6.8GB.. So if Both discs are maxed out, you could be looking at 13GB of a full install.

I believe I read a dev say on the board that it would be 18gb.

yes i know that you can install games bud. but what i was going on about was that i don't know how it'll go about it with a 2 disc game. Is it possible?

Yes. It just installs each disc separately. You need the specific disc you're on in the drive for a security check (so you don't end up with people renting discs, putting them on the drive, and returning them), but otherwise.

Happens with every multi-disc game I have, like Lost Odyssey. :)

They most have been refering to the PC Version I assume. I don't know much about install's and what not, but I know for sure that the Xbox 360 version will not go past 13GB. Look at Games on Demand and you would see that most games hardly go past the 6.8 mark. I believe the extra 2GB are for some security purposes.

But, you never know.. They might have maxed out the first disc, but not the second.
