Two things for myself:

-I want missions to feel like missions, rather than the repetitive wave pattern in a small map. ME3's multiplayer is OK, but the waves and tedious tasks like retrieving drones and data to drop-off points gets old rather quickly. The matches are no more engaging to me than Shepard's time in the Armax Arsenal Arena as a result.

-I hate the random crap store, and would prefer it went away entirely. I guess I understand the reason why it's designed the way it is, but I really could not care less.

I partly agree with the first idea, but you have to hand to Bioware, this was their first attempt at multiplayer atleast for Mass Effect and it was a great success, but I see how you mean repetetive now... mainly to how Bioware pretty much abandoned Mass Effect 3 after just one year and not even updating the game so we can have second chances at missed weekend events which is BS, I just wish they still worked on it since people still pay into their microtransaction system, I was really looking forward to an update so we could fight the CAT-6 Mercs for the Citadel DLC the CAT-6 were like a roided up Cerberus. The multiplayer was really picking up pace and really getting awesome by being more interactive with the community and then it just abruptly stopped which was very upsetting.

Here is the one thing I keep harping and hoping for.  A separate category for multiplay space battles.  You have your choice of a variety of ships, customize them and add mods in a lobby, then play missions much like the land based game.  Objectives, up to 4 co op ships.

My interest is peaked, please elaborate some more on that.

I'd have to wait and see what the core game is about.  I want it to be consistent in theme/tone, etc with the main game.  In otherwords, unless the Reapers have returned, then no Reapers.

What I love about ME3MP is how it feels like a legitimate extension of the Reaper war; the center piece of the narrative.  Some people were miffed about there not being a PvP mode, but that would go against the "We Fought As A United Galaxy" theme.

Well if you want to stick with that reasoning then the Collectors should not be in ME3 multiplayer because they are all dead at the end of Mass Effect 2. The more factions to fight the better and more exciting the game can be just more options on what to do, i mean do you really think the Volus is a logical race to use in combat against Reapers etc. they were pretty much there as a "Biotic God" aka joke, but at times very nifty. Can you imagine getting to fight Reapers, Geth, Collectors, Cerberus, CAT-6, Blue Suns, Eclypse, and Blood Pack, now they may not match up to the current story, but to be it just reminds me of fighting the various enemies through out the series and how i wish i could fight them alongside my friends just for all the fun of it all even if its just them saying its a training program when fighting certain enemies such as the mercs for example.

10. Jumping through walls at the slight cost of your shields isn't broken?

12 and 20 are stupid ideas. The RNG is terrible. My progression shouldn't be random.

Very few biotic classes can warp through walls and you have to angle it right with the evade warp to work or youll just take cover. How is a Tower Defense mode a dumb idea, build defenses, kill enemies, and work with freinds to try and beat it or last as long as you can, it's a game type of strategy and skill on how you can work with others.

ME3 multiplayer needs to stay in, but it just needs add on features and more to do and get, I can't help but see almost endless possiblilites with it's multiplayer

For starters, don't randomize the contents of purchases.  When I buy multiplayer DLC in the hopes of playing as a new race/class, I don't want to have my chances of actually having access to that class determined by the randomized contents of further purchases.

I thought I posted this here, but interactive and hostile environments. Say, Varren packs that hunt anything on the map or an equally indescriminate Thresher Maw attack. Maybe class based missions, like one that an engineer could really specialise in? Not that no one else could finish them, but just that a specific class unlocks specific bonuses if they do the mission?

More enemy talk/sound interactions with the fight

In the Citadel DLC, the enemies shouts very often, if wrex is in your party "oh no, they got a krogan!" That is what i mean, more interactions from the enemy based on what kind of characters you got in your party :)

Or if they are only a few members left, telling them to focus or something like that.

Ofcourse, that would only be for the humanoid or speaking enemies :P

Dude Wrex himself made Citadel dlc worth it.

no multiplayer AT ALL. so they can focus their bug-fixing on what truly deserves it: SINGLE PLAYER.

the Hanar sidequest/getting stuck on the bridge/audio cut-off/Omega cutscene glitches are embarrassing.

Seeing as how it was very successful in ME3 it will without a doubt be in the next ME game. So like it or not MP is here to stay and it won't be going anytime soon.

More customization and less restriction, generally.

Example: N7 Shadow. Very fun kit. But I don't like how it was locked to a female human. What if I wanted to be a female Quarian Shadow, or a Drell Shadow? Or the inverse: I love playing a female Quarian, but I don't like any of the female Quarian kits.

This can be solved by making the kits race+gender independant. Each of the 6 classes has a few subkits, like the Inflitrator would have a general purpose sniping kit, a melee shadow kit, and a couple others, and those could be applied to the race+gender of the player's choice.

Another way I'd like to see the kits evolve is for each kit to have 1-2 core abilities (Like Cloak and Shadow strike in the Shadow's case) and 2 more utility powers that are left to the player's choice. In the N7 shadow's example, the kit would always have Tactical Cloak and Shadow Strike, and I could choose to add Overload and Decoy, or Sabotage and Arc Grenade. Or any 2 additional powers from a list of Infiltrator-available powers. This would go a long way to making my character feel like my own instead of a prefab tool that I'm borrowing from someone else.

Armor customization. Like Halo or ME2 and 3's single player. I don't want my Quarians to all look the same. I want my Humans to wear Cerberus style armor instead of Alliance. The ability to choose which faction's emblem is on my gear would be fantastic too! What if I imagine my Human soldier as an elite Cerberus operative or an N7 Veteran? What if I think my Turian Sentinel is a spectre? I should be able to represent that on his gear.

I want to be able to use different melee weapons on my characters. I love the swords that some kits got and I wish I could use one on my human soldier or quarian characters. There should be a new slot for melee weapons on the loadout page so we can decide for ourselves what our characters hit bad guys with.

Also they should do away with the weight system. It made too many weapons have poor damage potential so that they would be light weight. Maybe they could replace it with limited weapon slots. Like every class gets 1 or 2 weapon slots (aside from melee) and they can equip whatever they want in them. Maybe the Soldier class could start with three. Getting more weapon slots could be a potential upgrade to use power points on. I just know that I want a high-damage scoped battle rifle and there wasn't anything really viable to suit that need because all the battle rifles were light weight or in the Adas's case, too slow.

Furthermore, I'd like the ability to equip two weapons of the same type. Sometimes in ME3 I felt like the perfect weapon to carry with my character's Assault rifle was another (different) assault rifle, but I could never carry 2. That made me sad.

More mission types.

The option to actually buy characters with our hard earned credits would be nice, and LESS LOADING SCREENS.....that is all. :)

20.KEEP THE MICROTRANSACTION systerm. What needs to change in it is when you max out a character appearance or weapon or whatever you get, it won't appear again. I can see them letting you upgrade a specific item only as long as you have it and have to pay extra... quite a bit extra for the upgrade which I would be content with, but not buy a specifc weapon or item outright for a high pricetag. They should include random EXP bonuses not limited to a specifc class, but should give you the option to dump it in a class of your choising, and each class that is maxed out lowers the chances of it popping up again.

Yes. This exactly! This system was great because is ensured that we got free multiplayer DLC that didn't segregate the multiplayer community like other games do with their rip-off 'map packs'. The Random Number Generator [RNG] system works well as it doesn't give anyone a huge advantage (unless they spend a LOT of money). There will be people with that expendable income which if great because it keeps things free to play for the rest of us. Bioware/EA make enough from those guys to make everyone happy.

I like the idea of tower defence. Like each map can have some walls or something put in that you have to defend (imagine Hydro map where you have to defend the dam or you all get washed away when it's destroyed, or Dagger where you have to defend the main satellite dish or you get air-striked by the enemy etc.)

I wasn't being snide, just saying that since enough people liked it they'll want to see more of it in the future.

Sure you were. I specifically answered the OP's question and you chose to chime in with "like it or not".  That's rather snide if you ask me. Not everyone agrees with the inflectional virus that is MP.

Even if people didn't like the idea of MP in ME (nothing wrong with that), there have been a few dlc packs released for MP which indicates that it has been well by players and critics alike so it would be expected that there be more of it in the future.

People like MP because of the social aspect with it (playing with friends) and there are plenty of games that have both a great SP and MP (uncharted for example) but it ultimately comes down how it's handled, if people like it they'll play it, if they don't then future games won't have it.

Why is this an issue for you? You just need to accept the fact that there are ME fans that are utterly appalled by MP.  Sure some like it but don't try to make it sound as if the MP aspect of it is the forerunner for the success of the series.

ME3 also had plenty of SP dlc as well the citadel dlc for example is considered one of the best (if not the best) piece of dlc in the entire trilogy and was basically a love letter to the fans of the series (especially those who played the first two games) as a lot of effort went into making it.

Also Bioware isn't forcing anyone to play MP its there for people who want to play its nothing more than an extra, if people don't want to play it they can ignore it.

Again, LOL.

QME is the epitome of a spawn killer with some of the best area dps in the game.

But what I'd also like is rather than RNG, make more of an actual economy. Make packs expensive but allow character progression to unlock things as well.
