I have no idea what is going on. My original account (Bird_Sarcoma) cannot be accessed. When I try to do the forgot password link, it gave me this name (BirdSarcoma). My social.bioware account is tied to Bird_Sarcoma, but when I try to log in to it, I get stuck in this account (BirdSarcoma). I'm sorry if I'm coming off as annoying, I'm just trying to figure out what is going on and how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
