Mass Effect 2

OS = Windows 8.1 64-bit
Processor = AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics 1.50 GHz
Memory = 6 GB RAM
Hard Drive = enough
DVD ROM =  Origin's version
Sound Card = irrelevant, no sound trouble
Video Card = AMD Radeon HD 6520G 512 MB and AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series 1 GB

1. What version of the game are you playing: digital download; Vendor might be GameFly
      It is the last version (fully patched with ALL the DLC's installed).

In addition to using the game's own configuration software to collect data, if that utility is working, you can also use this reference:  "Get All the Details on the Hardware Inside Your PC"
http://www.pcworld.c...side_your_pc...

Details about your problem.
1. What is the nature of the problem you are seeing?
      After meeting Garrus, I go through the first wave of Eclipse, until all but one has been killed off. The last one wont go over the fence and is hidden, can't be shot. So I've been stuck there twice. I'm about to restart the whole damn mission just to see if this could allow me to get past that bug.
2. When did the problem start occurring?
    Yesterday.
3. Where does your problem occur?
     In Garrus's base.
4. What are the steps in replicating the problem?
      Shooting that droid's head, go through the wave, get stuck, rinse and repeat..
5. Have you modified your game in any way?

      Nope.

Where are you fighting the Eclipse from?  Staying in Garrus's room up top?

I generally get downstairs at some point.

Try staying in the upper area.  I've never seen this bug before but it might help, just never leave the "perch."

Yeah, I did-it and it apparently worked!
