As I go back and play DA:O and DA2, and try to pick up some old playthroughs that I never finished, I find myself thinking how nice it would be if I had notes on just where I was at with this particular character, where I had been intending to go, what sort of personality I'd been using and so-on. 

 

Sure, some of this could be captured in completed quests or various other things. But the quickest way for me to remember something is in my own words, my own notes.  Having some place I can type out some notes that's tied to the save-game so I don't have to keep track outside the game would be immensely helpful.

Yeah I've always liked the sound of this, making a personal "to do" list always seemed easier than scrolling through all the quests in the journal. And I'm no game developer but I wouldn't think it would be too hard to add.
