For the Warden that I have considered to be my "canon", my decisions were:

1) Connor saved

2) Sided with Mages

3) Redcliffe saved

4) Broke the Werewolf curse

5) Bhelen throned

6) Anvil destroyed

7) Sacred ashes spared

8) Loghain spared (temporarily)

9) Alistair and Anora married

10) Morrigan romanced

11) Ritual refused

However, I've started to feel as though my decisions have always been too vanilla and have left the world in a relatively happy-go-lucky state. To amend that, I'm doing a run now as a ruthless Dwarf Noble that will inverse most of these choices which may very well end up replacing my canon.

My canon Surana:

1. Saved both Connor and Isolde, by personally defeating the Desire Demon with the help of the Circle mages. (LOL! I just remembered that something glitched in that playthrough and the whole Redcliffe party followed Nariel into the Fade. They didn't fight, though, they just stood in the way. Wynne and Alistair were probably judging her.)
2. Sided with the mages.
3. Defended Redcliffe, with some losses to the populace. (RIP Lloyd.)
4. Convinced Zathrian to lift the curse. (Run free, little former werewolves!)
5. Chose Bhelen, IIRC. (Orzammar... a blur. Always.)
6. Destroyed dat evil anvil.
7. Preserved the Ashes, killed not!Andraste (because EXP), and sent Brother Genitivi scurrying to tell the world. Oops!
8. RIP Loghain Mac Tir. It's just as well... they would have all laughed at you after the Landsmeet, having your butt kicked by a teeny tiny healer elf armed with nothing but some grease, paralysis, and ice spells.
9. King Alistair is Thedas' most eligible bachelor, though I hear he doesn't date much.
10. Romanced Alistair. It turned out badly. (see next reply)
11. Nariel intitially persuaded Alistair to sex up Morrigan, but then changed her mind and refused Morrigan's blood magicky offer at the last possible dialogue choice moment. The Warden died killing the Archdemon. Her funeral was a very very sad occasion.

1. Did you kill or save connor?Killed him the first time, used mages after that.
2. Did you side with mage or templar?Mage.
3. Did you abandoned Redcliffe village before the battle?Just once, but didn't like it so never again.
4. Did you Broke the werewolf curse or helped Zatharan kill witherfang? Or did you kill the dalish with the werewolves?Mostly break the curse, but a few killed Witherfang.Never killed the elves.
5. Bhelen or Harrowmont?Bhelen.
6. Was anvil of the void destroyed or saved?Destroyed.
7. Destroyed the sacred ash or spared for the pilgrims?Destroyed once for the achievement, but almost always saved..
8.Was Loghain spared or killed?Killed the first time, but spared after that.
9. Anora or Alistair as the new ruler? Or did you chose to marry them?Marry them, unless my Cousland married Anora.
10.Who did you romance?Female character-Alistair at first, then Zevran. Male-leliana or Morrigan. My male couslands always broke it to them about marrying Anora.
11. Did you accepted Morrigan's ritual? If you were female warden, who did you send Morrigan to?Yes-Loghain.

1. Connor was, fortunately for him, spared. Unfortunately for the rest of Thedas, Isolde lived too.

2. The mages still live, hopefully not being abominations. If Ferelden's Circle blows up again, sorry, my bad.

3. Redcliffe stands, with no losses except those before my arrival.

4. The werewolf curse is broken.

5. Bhelen sits on the throne, Orzammar is slightly less screwed.

6. The Anvil is no more.

7. The Ashes remain. Cult guys, I'm already a Blood Mage; this whole "dragon blood" thing is just unnecessary hassle for me.

8. Loghain lives.

9. Alistair's partly infertile, Anora may be barren, so clearly the obvious choice was to marry them and hope that cancels out or something.

10. Morrigan was my love, leading to...

11. I accepted, since it was either "Experience a rather odd Awakening" or let Loghain die after all that trouble of sparing him.

1. Saved Conner with lyrium ritual, since I'd previously

2. Saved the mages. My canon Warden was Surana, so this was a non-decision.

3. Saved Redcliffe, with no deaths (except whoever died before I showed up - can't be helped there)

4. Killed Witherfang. Can't trust those demons.

5. Bhelen. He doesn't need to be nice, just a reformer.

6. Anvil was preserved. It's too valuable to destroy.

7. Left the Ashes alone, because they're pretty cool; but killed Genetivi so he would not reveal them and the lyrium-mountain they're sitting on to the Chantry.

8. Loghain was spared with the intention of later soul-annihilation.

9. Competent, intelligent, independent queen, or a spineless nice guy who'd only end up being a pawn? Solo Anora all the way. Blood doesn't give you the ability to rule.

10. Romanced Zevran, and almost started the Morrigan romance but ended up with more of a romantic friendship. Which works just as well.

11. Did the Dark Ritual anyways. Not risking the existence of my soul on the melee capabilities of two middle-aged men.

Hmm, like with Mass Effect, most people choose "paragon" for most decisions. Not much fun.

As for the OP, I've done all the options except sparing Loghain, siding with Harrowmont, and refusing Morrigan's ritual.

Note: One thing I love doing that many don't is abandoning Redcliffe. It's funny and Bann Teagan has it coming for trying to manipulate you into fighting. People beg for help and you just ignore them. You break down doors, steal swords, force kisses out of soon-to-be-dead young women, and murder a few people (inn keeper, smith, elven spy) on your way out. It might be the funniest part of the game. The most comical party for me was Zevran, Morrigan, and Alistair.

I admit, I feel a bit dirty for being so amused by abandoning Redcliffe, but my bastard city elf has no time for shemlin problems. I should take Zevran next time I redo my city elf origin.

I'd strongly recommend it. When you kill the smith and inn keeper specifically for no good reason he's especially amusing. The synergy between Alistair/Morrigan/Zevran when you're a real bastard in Redcliffe is hilarious. I was literally laughing on the floor and I don't laugh often.

With my canon warden - Sorcha

saved and killed Connor - once killed by accident and once saved by killing his mother

side with the mages - they seem the more vulnerable and eager to do something to prove themselves as not necessarily evil

helped out Redcliffe and flirted with Teagan, found and saved Valena, Bevin

break the werewolf curse

Bhelen seems like such a pizzle that I choose Harrowmont - tho' each are equally suspect as good kings

Destroy anvil - slave maker

Keep the ashes safe and leave the dragon alive to defend the way

Loghain - dodo

Long live King Alistair and his Queen Sorcha (hero of Ferelden, Warden Commander of Ferelden and Teyrna of Gwaren (hence Loghain))

Haven't made any other really huge decisions except for doing tasks for Ignacio, and having fun with Crime Wave - long live Queen Sorcha - protector of the realm

Would have like to done something more decisive with Anora like imprisoned her forever in a tower with no way out. ;)

Romanced all Alistair by far my favourite followed closely by Zevran (Al as HFN and Zev as DME)

First time I played no and lost Alistair. Never again. Always take Morrigan's ritual to save Al. Have refused her ritual when playing other wardens.

That's one thing about Origins I'll always cherish: being able to amuse myself with how lush and detailed the evilness really is.

My "Canon" City Elf playthrough, though I'm thinking about altering some of these decisions for my save-import for DAI.

1. Saved Connor.

2. Sided with mages.

3. Fought for Redcliffe.

4. Convinced Zathrien to end the curse.

5. Wanted Harrowmont for his character, picked Bhelen for his policy on casteless.

6. Destroyed the Anvil. Anyone not willing to turn themselves into golems have no business arguing its merits. It's always fine to take "whatever sacrifice needed" as long as someone else pays the price. Like society's undesirables; "criminals and casteless." Which is exactly why my character destroyed it, to keep people from being forced under the hammer by those that would never do it to them or theirs again.

7. Killed the cultists, slayed the dragon, spared the ashes, allowed pilgrimages. In the future, I'm thinking of doing the above but just sparing the High Dragon (I never felt good about killing dragons since they're endangered, and the High Dragon is technically minding her own business. You're calling her down just to kill her. That seems wrong to me. Sparing the dragon means the pilgrimages won't happen at least.)

8. Killed the bastard with his own sword. On top of all the other crimes (and there are plenty), no one enslaves the alienage and gets away with it.

9. Anora crowned. Alistair able to stay with her with the Wardens, spared a responsibility he never wanted. Besides, Anora promised to help the elves, and made an excellent point that Alistair had little experience and "which is worth more? The promise of a weak king, or a strong queen?" Good point! She's hired.

10. Alistair.

11. Accepted Morrigan's ritual, had Alistair perform it. Thing is, my character had a romantic crush on Morrigan, but let Alistair woo her since Morrigan never reciprocated her feelings. By the end of the year, my character genuinely loved Alistair too. So, having the two people she cared about romantically go into the next room to make a baby without her present just added another layer of emotional confusion on top of the already bad and tense situation.

1.) Connor saved. I mean, why not? Redcliffe already bit it, so it's not like the demon was going to kill anyone while I was gone.

2.) Saved the mages. Except for Wynne.

3.) Did not save Redcliffe. Waste of time, IMO.

4.) Broke the Curse. Mahariel was pissed because the curse claimed Dalish victims, and Witherfang's heart wasn't a permanent solution.

5.) Big Bhelen. Not that I particularly cared, though.

6.) Saved the 'Anvil. It's not good or evil. It's a tool/technology to be used. Like guns.

7.) Defiled the Ash. Kolgrim helped me out.

8.) Spared Loghain. Wouldn't kill an accomplished general like that who could be of use to me.

9.) Anora solo or Anora+Hardened!Alistair as ruler. Undecided. Will decide based on which DA:I setting I prefer. Loghain/Anora fates not negotiable.

10.) Morrigan. Had a lot in common with my Dalish. Crappy romance, though. Didn't even get good for me 'til the DR + Witch Hunt DLC.

11.) Did the DR. I agreed with Morrigan's rationale.

Other major decision: killed the Mad Hermit to return the Poet Tree its acorn.

Dwarf Noble: [kill the smith]

Alistair: No! How about the fact he's an old, drunk, and helpless man?

Dwarf Noble: Is that reason to kill him or not to kill him?

Alistair: !!! ... Not to kill him??

Dwarf Noble: lol no.

Alistair: Ugh. Disapprove -10

**Alistair uses Shield Bash the very moment we enter combat and lays out the old, helpless smith on the floor**

1. If I side with the Mages, I use them to save everybody. If I side with the Templars, Isolde dies in the blood magic ritual while I laugh maniacally because I hate her. Connor always lives. It's not his fault his mother is an idiot.

2. With my happy, sparkly, "good" characters, I usually side with the Mages. With my pragmatic Wardens or my more wicked Wardens, I side with the Templars.

3. I have never abandoned Redcliffe (except as a test just to see what happens, and I immediately went back to a previous save). However, after reading what others have said, I might just give it a try.

4. I almost always break the curse. I'm not into the "save the Elves but kill the Werewolves" mentality. The current Werewolves were royally screwed over by a very vindictive Elf for a crime they didn't actually commit (their ancestors did). Besides, Zathrian is a tool, and Shale wants to squish his head. So he can die, and everyone else can be free. I have sided with the Werewolves and killed the Elves one time on a very naughty Warden playthrough. It was... interesting.

5. I've chosen both as King, but although Harrowmont is a nicer guy, I think Bhelen is a much better king, so I side with Bhelen more often than Harrowmont.

6. I've saved it and destroyed it. Happy, sparkly characters usually destroy it, while pragmatic or wicked characters keep it.

7. I always spare the Ashes. I mean, I couldn't give a fig for the Chantry and its teachings, but those things are magical! I destroyed them once to unlock the Reaver specialization, but then I went back to a previous save and spared the Ashes. Magical, healing Ashes of awesomeness? Yes, please.

8. I usually kill Loghain, but I have spared him a few times. It depends on the character. I usually end up developing a respect for him by the end of it, and the "Loghain Friendly Eligible" fix ZDF offers definitely adds some new insight into his character.

9. If I'm romancing Alistair, my character is on the throne if she is a Cousland, and if not, Alistair stays a Warden with me. I am NOT into the whole "mistress" thing. No, thank you. If I'm not romancing Alistair, I usually marry Alistair and Anora, unless I'm a male Cousland, in which I marry her and become King. I've never put Alistair on the throne by himself.

10. I've romanced them all at some point or another. My favorites are Alistair and Zevran for female characters and Morrigan for males, although I've romanced Zevran with males as well. Leliana is my least favorite person to romance. Too preachy for me. On my craziest playthrough I managed to complete romances with both Morrigan and Zevran, married Queen Anora, and had Leliana on the side up until she dumped me because I was marrying the Queen. Juggling three romances and marrying the Queen with the same Warden? Now, that was insanity. I don't know if I could manage to pull it off again. :)

11. I usually accept Morrigan's ritual. I have done the US and sacrificed both Alistair and Loghain before (for the achievements), but now that I have said achievements, I usually do the ritual.

I also deny Brother Berkel any help in setting up the chantry in Orzammar. If he doesn't get in then the mages can set up a circle in Orzammar free of Chantry interference.

Has anyone ever romanced Morrigan and denied her the DR?

1. Did you kill or save connor? Saved Connor (usually by sacrificing Isolde)

2. Did you side with mage or templar? Mages.

3. Did you abandoned Redcliffe village before the battle? No. Saw it once, but was just done to see it on an old game I had saved to that point previously when i heard it can be done.

4. Did you Broke the werewolf curse or helped Zatharan kill witherfang? Or did you kill the dalish with the werewolves?  Broke the curse.  As with Redcliffe, I've seen the Dalish slaughtered, but was not kept.

5. Bhelen or Harrowmont? Yes.  (don't really care one or the other, so I've done both)

6. Was anvil of the void destroyed or saved? Destroyed.  Again, spared it once, but convinced Branka she was nucking futs to sacrifice so many to it, and she dove into the lava instead.

7. Destroyed the sacred ash or spared for the pilgrims? Neither.  Usually send Genetivi back home and don't report in to him.

8.Was Loghain spared or killed?  Killed all playthroughs but once for the achievement.  He's an idiot.

9. Anora or Alistair as the new ruler? Or did you chose to marry them? Solo Anora (or married to my HNM) usually.

10.Who did you romance? Alistair (on my females) Morrigan--then Leliana on my males.  I don't like "angsty"

11. Did you accepted Morrigan's ritual? If you were female warden, who did you send Morrigan to? Usually do, but have done the US as well as the other 2 achievements.  Oddly the one time I did spare Loghain was on a male Cousland and I forced HIM to do the DR.

3. Stayed in Redcliff and fought the battle

4. Broke the Werewolf curse, with Zatharan sacrifice, sided with the Werewolves.

5. Harrowmont!

6. Anvil destroyed!

7. Spared for the pilgrims!

8. Loghain was killed by Alistair who dueled him as my champion!

9. Alistair crowned king!

10. Romanced Morrigan

11. I did the ritual with Morrigan!

4. Killed the Elves! With Lycans!

5. Harrowmont! Oppress those dwarves!

6. Saved Anvil! Duh! Who'd pass up a golem army?

7. Neither

8. Killed out of vengeance and ignorance. Wont make the same mistake again

9. Married them both. Only because Alistair was a bro to me and because I found it funny he'd be sleepin with Anora.

Just finished DA:O a few days back (best ending ever),so I suppose its fitting I join the discussion.
Anyways,OT:

1. I asked the Circle to perform the ritual and Jowan entered the Fade,so nobody died.

2. I sided with the Circle. Even though I never saw them, according to the ambassador in the camp, the Templars apparently fought along side the Circle in the war.

3. No.

4. Broke the curse. They were turned back into humans, and the Dalish Elves joined the war.

5. I choose Harrowmont. Though the epilogue slides threw that back into my face. But hey,all I cared was that I gain their support, and Harrowmont seemed the best choice at the time.

6. Destroyed the Anvil. Seemed morally the best choice.

7. Preserved the ashes.

8. Killed Loghain.

9. Anora as the queen. I never saw Alistair as the King-type,and Anora already had experience. Plus, his blood could potentially cause rebellions/civil-wars on the future.

10. Morrigan. And I didn't regret it.

11. I performed the ritual with Morrigan. I still have to play the Witch Hunt, though.
