Just because BW didnt touched that storyline, it doesn't mean it will never come back to haunt the players. I wouldn't boast if I were you. That choice can still bite you in the Arse.

When you think about it, we actually can't assume it hasn't already come back to haunt the Warden. I remember reading that if you spare the Architect and do the Nathaniel quest in DA2, Nathaniel expresses frustration at being attacked by darkspawn in what an unnamed ally assured him was a safe area.

Still waiting for that apocalypse all the architect killers said was going to happen if I spared him. So far, no regrets for sparing him. Better to have some friends on the darkspawn side.

The Architect was going to be in DAI, but was left out due to time/budget limitations. You can't use the fact that there is no new information as evidence that he is behaving well.

Moreover, the problem with the Architect isn't that he may destroy the world but his complete disregard for all life. Just read his journal and you'll know what I'm talking about.

He is like Avernus, but without the option to convince him to change his methods.
