I can't keep track of all the smoking hot babes on BSN.

Cassandra Saturn, Ninja Stan, RaenImrahl, and of course BiowareMod 2 <-- a saucy minx I'd like to eat like an oat cake.

I thought Mod 03 was the hot one?

Wow, me0120. That was very good. It was educational too. Wish more posts were like this...

EDIT - also, that fake cover for Scion cluster is something I can't believe I haven't figured out by now.

As I am a hard if hearing man with a cochlear implant I find videos not only resourceful in how to play the game but, also resourceful in learning different speech patterns and accents. Before the implant everyone sounded similar except for high and low pitch (male and female.) Now I am listening to English, Irish, Rrrrrrussian accents, the other day I watched a video of someone speaking and I had to ask my wife what he was saying which turned out to be a Frenchman. Awesome! :)

This is really awesome. I have always had a thing for learning accents and speech patterns but it must be extremely exciting from your point of view.

As a fairly new player, I must say that I cannot fathom myself improving or becoming better with mass effect 3 multiplayer without BSN. There is a wealth of information from people that I thank greatly for. Without them I doubt I would have found the courage to face down platinum level gameplay. For example, my earliest experience with the collectors was that of extreme frustration and complete lack of ambition. Even then, I picked myself back up and started reading literature on the internet along with watching videos by bwnci, invaderone, and several others. For further credit, the thread labeled "platinum solo hall of fame" has been an immensely valuable resource, each and every one of the videos were enjoyable, even when they may or may not coincide my play style.

So, I thank all of you that have participated by informing myself of different techniques and giving tips on how to play mass effect 3 multiplayer. I would have been lost for much longer without you guys.

All that being said, I have noticed a trend in the community, not from everyone mind you, how easy it is for people to take things for granted. Thankfully, the trashy rubble is easy to overlook while searching for the golden bits.

We are in the era of headknowledge in this game. I remember all the way back in the demo when I was playing Bronze we would wipe 9/10 games, I definitely went through the growing pains myself. I also completely agree on the Platinum Solo Hall of Fame. There are some incredible videos there and I love seeing people's different playstyles. I am glad to see someone finally say your last sentence! So often someone comes here asking a question and once the question is answered the thread turns into hang out thread, which makes the OP upset despite getting all the information he needed.

If I weren't still playing ME3 I would stick to lurking the DAI forum

I have learned a lot through BSN, met a lot of friends to game with, laughed a LOT with my friends through this game, enjoyed the hell out of ME3 and BSN was part of that/this. I thoroughly enjoy the humor of the Combat stratergery section. All the stratergerinzing is amazing. Love it. Anyway, for real, I've learned a thing or two reading the threads. I'll never be an elite player, but I enjoy being decent at the game. I've only argued with a few people fortunately (Stardusk being one of them lolol  :D ) and I don't invest in the epeen struggles that a lot of BSN seems to revel in. I certainly read it for the laughs . I still have so many gaps in knowledge because even though I have played almost 1000 hrs since demo- I approached this all like a filthy casual. I hate watching gaming videos and I've only watched a few and I just don't give a shlt about watching them. I've heard tell of a few grand accomplishments in the community and wish those people congrats. I just play this game for fun- I read BSN for all the smack talk.  ;)

If it weren't for BSN I wouldn't know that retirement means stopping for dinner and coming back after washing the dishes.

Also, somebody tell b00g13man I'll buy him a capture card so we can see how to properly quit a pug lobby.

Lurked for 2 years. Now post somewhat irregularly. I can say I now spend more time on here than I do playing. I'm worried my number of posts will surpass my N7 before I max my manifest.

What exactly is false cover? It's not the same as using RHA?

False cover is anything that you can get hit through that you use as cover. It is measured by whatever is trying to hit you, so using RHA against a Praetorian is false cover while RHA against a Scion's cannon is not. What I am saying in my post is that I go in a position that allows Scion's clusters to hit me directly so I know exactly how they will spread, then I go back into actual RHA cover away from the clusters so the main weapon can't hit me.

I'm glad it helped. A lot of us here have our own little tricks, often we don't even realize we even do them.

You can actually know how much damage you will take by how many clusters are lit up on your screen as well. You can tank a lone cluster nade if you need to in cover without spasming. Some people freak if they see any clusters on the ground.

Also for my bro Ghostknife there's a vid of Panda and me on my YT so that you can feel conflicted and super naughty while watching it.

Waaaait, I got Di, Panda, and kouzrah to come by?

<3<3<3

And kouzrah, there's nothing wrong with being flattered and weirder out at the same time. I'm pretty sure those two feelings go through the minds of 90% of the women GK talks to. :P
