The link at the old vault is broken and I wonder if anyone has it stored around somewhere on their hard drive and could upload it somewhere? I truly need it. Thanks in advance!

You may be able to find it by searching the old vault using the Wayback Machine.
My experience has been that the Wayback Machine retains the web pages and the images, but not the downloadable content. It proved a dead end for me.
