So since there is another thread currently debating the possible delay of the game due to some mild concerns, I figured this would be a fun thread to debate what the fans will play while waiting for Inquisition.

Please note that I do not actually believe that the game will be delayed. Despite the talks of using temporary textures so close to the game's release, I think they'll get everything sorted out by launch.

So worst case scenario, the game is delayed 6 months, scheduled to be released in April 2015. What games will you be looking into/playing in the meantime? Generally, I mean upcoming new releases, not games that have been out for years that we shamelessly play continiously.

1) I'm getting a PS4 by the end of July, along with The Last of Us: Remastered. Never got to play it last year, so I'm excited.

2) There's also Far Cry 4 in November, I f*cking loved Far Cry 3. Such a great game. Like what I've seen so far from E3.

3) And of course in February there's Witcher 3:Wild Hunt. I'm VERY excited for that game. In fact, I feel like the release date is pretty perfect, it's a few solid months after Inquisition's initial release, so in theory I will have beaten Inquisition at least 3-5 times by February, and moved onto another game to take a break from Dragon Age. Complete Witcher 3 to it's very core and come back to Inquisition to complete the rest of my planned playthroughs.

In case you couldn't tell by now, I'm a HUGE completionist and one of my favorite aspects of any video game is replay-ability and value.

Under this circumstance, what games would you play?

The one where I throw myself out of a click tower.... I heard it was quite popular during the depression.

Loving the thoughtful replies so far.

Fair enough: after you're done crying and crawl your way out of depression. What's next on your gaming agenda?

PIllars of Eternity. As it is, I probably won't get to it until months after it's released because I'll be too busy with Inquisition. Maybe Wasteland 2 depending on what the final reviews are like.

Other than that, the only things on my upcoming games radar are a few adventure games that don't have release dates (like the second half of Broken Age) and the Pokemon remake.

Guess I would play Destiny and maybe Evolve. As well as more ME3MP since I still enjoy playing it.

I'd rather be playing DA:I, though. :P

If the game does not come out, I think I'll get civilization beyond earth and/or Far cry 4.

There should be enough to keep me busy - Far Cry 4, Alien: Isolation & Pillars of Eternity. :)

Well PoE is getting played first either way.  Other than that I still have Age of Wonders 3 and blackgaurds that I haven't touched yet, and my ongoing hearthstone addiction.

Wasteland 2(been playing the 30hr beta, can't wait for full release), Pillars of Eternity, just got Bladur's Gate 1 & 2 enhanced edition from Steam (never played those before), and I've also got a stack of sci-fi novels I picked up from the Denver Comic Con to go through.

So I'm not worried about keeping busy..

Although, I already got a PS4 and realized there isn't much for games I want to play on there. I had wanted to play Assassins Creed liberation, but they apparently only released that for PS3. Destiny seems like fun though, but I'll have to watch my check book then.

Divinity: Original Sin. It's already been released on Steam, but I wanted to get it on GOG and they messed up the release so now I have to wait for who knows how long if I want to buy it from there x_x. It's supposed to be the game that's going to make me last until October :P.

Uh I read somewhere that the game is done and only bugfixing is left...

http://www.gamereact...bug fixes now"/

Dragon Age: Inquisition producer Cameron Lee told us during our E3 interview that the game's done, and that they're on track for the October 10th release date this year.

"Everyday we're playing the game, reviewing the game," he replied when we asked what's the game plan for the next couple of months after E3's finished. "We have this massive list of bugs we need to go through and fix. From now to October 7th, ever single day its bug-fixing. The game's done. It's just a matter of polishing and fixing bugs, and we're done."

I'll probably just grab some older JRPGs off PSN and play those.  The Witcher 3 when it comes out.

Also finished the Banner Saga from former Bioware Devs really great games loved how you never knew what result you'd get fir your choices and that trying to please everyone and be nice usually ended horrible.
