They circle system is completely broken and needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

Indeed, the circle would be good if it was properly regulated, mages had more say and templars where accounted for properly.

Exactly. We need to clean house with the Seekers, cause if they hadn't screwed up so much over the past few decades, then we might not even be in this mess.

She didn't want change and the cure for Tranquility had nothing to do with her beside her know the tranquil doing the research.

Except she did, I believe she even says it

No it probably would have still happened. The mages still had little to no rights. I mean if they want to get married they have to earn the right and if they have kids they are taken away moments after birth. The Mage-templar war was a long time coming and would have happened one way or another.

Indeed. The whole point of spreading knowledge of the Tranquil cure was to force the Chantry's hand into giving more freedom and breathing room to the mages.

Perhaps. Perhaps not. Either way, we will never know.

I think he provided the ammo, and the others took it from there.

Indeed.

He is Thedas' Gavrilo Princip.

You can only push people so long before they push back.

I liked Anders, I would like to see him again.

Part of me thinks he would be with the Mage Rebellion. Another part of me thinks even a lot of mages don't like what he did, so he may be an outcast. And if Anders romanced Hawke, and he/she went missing, he'd probably be wandering Thedas looking for him/her - which, unless the Inquisition just decided to give up on finding Hawke and Warden, would seem like we might cross his path there (I'd say the same for any love interest, not just Anders).

I get wanting the option to kill him, but to me, its not really necessary. We already had that option - if people wanted him dead, they should have killed him in DA2. Unless people just plan on playing the Inquisitor with a completely different mindset than their Hawke.

Laws can be changed yes, but the mind set depends on everyone not just the Chantry

Indeed. "Defeating" the Chantry gets you nowhere. All is does is make everyone scared ****less of the mages.

The Chantry was the cause of the mind set in the first place. Even Lambert said it.

Despite the origin, it has evolved into something more than just the Chantry. The common people have come to believe it, so getting rid of the Chantry doesn't solve the problem at all.

In fact, it does more damage.

I never said it did. Just that it started with the Chantry and needs to change. And you're right taking the Chantry out of the equation won't solve anything. In fact the Chantry could be the first step of many towards change. But that is a long hard road.

Indeed. It's how we get lynch mobs trying to root out and kill mages.
