Well, I'm not sure yet my choices for race/class for my first playthrough, and I usually decide last minute, so I have no idea.
But at some point, on some playthrough. I WILL have an Inquisitor Torquemada.

For my female Qunari mage I'm thinking Saarvaarad, dangerous one who holds back evil. I think it would fit as well as kind of mocking Qunari ideas of mages

Ok, I don't really know about the names for my characters just yet ... Usually I like the defaults much better than anything I come up with, anyway. Maybe I'll stay with Neira Lavellan and Aleya Trevelyan for the elf and human female, though.

I've found that Native American names go well with the Qunari that I envision to be my Inquisitor. What about the rest of you?

Im gonna call my first inquisitor (a qunari) Baraka...
My first playthrough is either going to be Qunari or Human mage/rogue, though I'll inevitably have a go at all the different origins.
Generally I can't help but choose characters from my book, as those are names I know and love. I'm thinking Sarai for my femQunari, and Raena or Rowan for my Human laydee.
That said, sometimes inspiration bites me during chargen...
My second playthrough will be as a dwarven rogue specced for archery. His name will be Notvarric Cadesh.
