TheTechnoTurian's Legendary Clone War

 

 

While I'm sure most of you have seen the post and many have checked out the vid, I thought this accomplishment deserved a news update. Congratulations are in order for TechnoTurian, the first to complete The Shepard Clone's War- Part 1. First Blink After Coma, on Legendary (Platinum) difficulty!

 

This challenge has been considered by many to be one of, if not the hardest solo, in this thread. I threw out a challenge many months back, questioning if people believed anybody would eventually complete the Shepard Clone Trilogy on Legendary. It drew not a single post. People are scared of losing their sanity, and breaking their gaming system on these challenges. Not TechnoTurian however.

 

That's because TechnoTurian is a real Turian. Thanks for all your great contributions to this thread and congrats on your Legendary solo!

Note: Ex-Clusum and TheNightSlasher have already completed Part 2 of the trilogy, both incredible accomplishments as well!

Thanks man. With this post, you made me try SCW 1 on platinum. Lost 4 CM IV and 2 CM III into it. Only have 63 of CM IV left
Made it to wave 8 before I got synced by some lucky Phantom, where a Pyro had to sacrifice itself to make the sync possible.

2nd best attempt was a failure at wave 4. Played with windows opened, when a large cargo train came through. Couldn´t hear the Banshee which grabbed me. When I got grabbed, the train finally passed. Nice troll.

I made one other attempt at this back six months ago or so and got rekt by goons during extraction so figured it was past time I give it another shot.
