I already posted this thread in the EA Technical Support section, however it has been over a week and I have yet to recieve a solid answer to my query, so I am here to ask the same question as well, if that is okay.

Okay so I'm sure this issue has been dealt with already since it's been over 2 years since the games release, but I am finally managing to start a run on Mass Effect 3 with my Mass Effect 1 character. I've had no problems with his imported face into ME2, but when it comes to ME3, the default cycle preset face appears and not my original creation.

I know there much be some ways to fix this issue, but I'd like some responses directly if possible since there's all this talk about gibbed save editors that confuse me, if thats even nessisary (or what they even are to begin with). Also I am a 360 user so if there's a way to get a possible code from my ME1 and/or ME2 save files to get the face alone, that would be fantastic.

Thanks for the help and apologies for the hassle.

It is not possible . I believe they used some different software for facecreation in me-3, imo. I have tried it too . I have created a lot of faces in ME-3 ,trying to match it with Me-1and 2. The last one i am playing with is somewhat of a match.

I got as close as I could for my original Shepard with a combination of Gibbed and the Lazarus Project mod program for PC, as for 360, I just grin and bear it. It depends on the Shepard as well because some Shepards don't resemble the original despite any modding put in. But it sounds like you're talking about the face import bug in which case you need to patch your game in order to get the patch that gets you a character that looks halfway like their first two games' counterpart.
