Fable 2 and that was a disapointment. I beat it in a day, to my utter dismay, and was done everything in a week. I was also excited about FO3 and DAO but nothing like Fable. I literally ran home from school to get this game.
ME2 will not be such a dissapointment...hopefully

2000 whatever when Grand Theft Auto IV came out... the only other time was in '09 when I was anticipating Alpha Protocol... then they delayed it like a month before it was going to come out and I said f it...

I was extremely hyped about Black&White 2 when it came out, Warcraft III and the Frozen Throne respectively, TESIV: Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Dead Space.
Those are the only other games that I've been excited about as much as I am with ME2.

Ooh... As fast as there's a new RPG that looks like purea awesomeness I'm mega-hyped, sadly.
But the last game that mega-hyped me was Fable 2, I had such
expectations for that game and DA:O as well, but not as much. But DA:O was such a better game

Final Fantasy X-2? I was a young'un when that one came out. Thought it would be good, but it was awfully bleh.

In fairness, it wasn't a bad game. It just seemed to get a bad rep from the FF community because they somehow believed it to be 90x shallower than every other ff in existence...which wasn't true entirely, it was just far more camp
(I play a lot of RPGs in general, including JRPGS ;p)As for being excited about a game this much? The last time was with DAO...maybe a little for Bayonetta.
