Whichever advisor that makes the most sense to me! No religious zealots or mage bashers... so... I guess the unknown advisor, Josephine.
Which adviser will you listen to more often?

They seem to be willing to set aside their differences/ values for the greater good, so we'll see.
First playthrough: I'll just listen to whoever can get the job done with the least amount of innocent people dying, so maybe Josephine
Second playthrough: I'll listen to whoever makes the Inquisition strongest regardless of deaths, so maybe Cullen

I tend to like to talk my way out of conflict, so probably Josephine.
Unless I'm too busy trying to get in Cullen's pants.

Probably Josephine. I like trying to play diplomat. If diplomacy fails, then Cullen will be next in line. I'm actually so paranoid about Leliana being tortured and a party member's possibly dead body getting dragged off that I'm predisposed against sending Leliana anywhere. It's the only story element reveal that I've been annoyed by.

I'll probably end up listening to Josephine more because my mage Inquisitor's ultimate goal after saving the world is to give mages and elves more freedoms and rights and if you're going to do something that drastic to the culture of so many countries you're going to need an ambassador who knows how to convince people that your way is right.
Then I'd listen to Leliana because sometimes it better to assassinate one person than wage a war that will cost many more lives.
Cullen.... forget about him.

well, I would take into account their personalities as well, because some advice given might not be good advice.
Cullen- strong leader, former templar, dedicated. As much as i dislike cullen (which is a lot) i would have to say i would agree with him a lot, in terms of using force to solve a problem.... however cullen has shown in the past that he can be a little angerfied , he also has a deep, wouldnt call it hatred, but more of a wariness... of mages and demons. Id probably listen to cullen 6/10 times.
Leliana- pretty face, former bard, spy for the divine. I like Leliana a lot, and most of my forts are probably gonna be spy forts. Having intelligence to outmaneuver the opposition is very important in war, and thus is my reasoning behind it. Leliana, according to her character profile on dragonage.com, has changed since we last truly knew her, she has become more withdrawn and a little darker shall we say. And judging from the video we saw, she seems to get quite emotional too (though i would be angry too if i were tortured for a long period of time). Normally i would listen to leliana 10/10 times, but what i saw in the video as well as the description makes me think that her emotions are starting to cloud her judgement (after losing her friend divine justina, i dont blame her), so probably 5/10 for leliana.
Josephine- pretty face, diplomatic. From what i've read and seen, i like josephine (damnit need to stop rhyming). Josephine is supposed to be our admin assistant and ambassador, if i read correctly. The thought of getting a group of people on my side without having to waste resources of the inquisition is always a bonus. We dont know too terribly much of josephine so i cant really make judgements on her character.... but i could see her being really uptight (especially with the budget when i want a shiny new axe). Without knowing her personality and based on description, i would listen to josephine the most, 8/10 times.

It'll depend on the situation. If an upcoming decision falls into one of the advisors department, I'll definitely ask that advisor's opinion. Since my plan for my first playthrough is a mostly political route, I'll most likely listen to Josephine the most in that pt. I'll have to see how much freedom I'll actually have in that regard, though. But there you go. ^^

Depends on my character and situation. I think some of my characters prefer diplomacy more unless it just comes being part of the game when military seems better option than playing around with nobles ^^;

Like what a lot of people said, it really depends on the situation and which advisor's expertise would be best suited for it.
But if you mean overall, from what I've gathered so far, it would most probably be Josephine, as I think her views and her way of handling conflict resonate more with me than Cullen's or Leliana's. But if push comes to shove, then I'll go running to Leliana.

It's hard to say without playing the game, but probably a balance between Josephine and Lelliana...their ideas seem to be something I might gravitate towards.

I intend to play as "spymaster" type of character, so probably Leliana, and occasionally Josephine. Cullen if his arguments are really, really good.

As with most anything else in the game, will depend on what Inquisitor I'm playing - and the situation. That said, I am a Leliana fangirl and I do tend to lean more towards covert tactics in strategies, so I might find myself being a bit more biased towards her advice.

what do advisors actually do beside standing in the corner and looking pretty?
i cannot imagine telling Josephine to deal with red templars camp few kilometers north from the Keep or attacking a fortress. and i'm not even saying i'd like to attack said fortress by myself.
if their role is to advise - i'm pretty sure i won't listen.
if they are some sort of subordinates i can send on missions, delegate some of the boring inquisitorial work - i hope there aren't ludicrous options to send either Josephine, Cullen or Leliana on a stealthy mission - killing one guy in mentioned earlier fortress.
if the output is the same and choosing advisor equals choosing the way the mission is done, i assume Cullen would march with full battalion of soldiers, Leliana would sneak her way in, Josephine would try to arrange a meeting on neutral ground and poison the guy. if that's the case - my 1st PT inquisitor and Josephine will be BFF

I will probably gel well with Josephine. I suspect that she'll be the most level-headed, least aggressive, and most diplomatic of the advisers and that's how I tend to play my characters. I think I might butt heads with Cullen a bit. I tend to disagree with "might makes right" types of approaches and I think that he's shown that he can be pretty forceful and aggressive at times. My issue with Leliana is that she tends to get preachy about her religion and that shuts me off. She and I didn't really get along all that well in DA: O because I shut her down everytime she brought up her religion. I could see me picking the other adviser's plans over hers if she's constantly like, "The Maker will see us through......".

Josephine mainly because F the chantry. Leilana will be my second choice, though she can get a little zealous anything is better then Cullen, who is basically voldemort on levels of hatred.

If it were me, I'd probably pick Josephine and sometimes Leliana, but my Qunari Mage Inquisitor isn't going to be like me. He will be a strong leader and will probably pick Cullen a lot and sometimes Leliana. Not when it comes to the Mages or anything Chantry related though.

if you start preferring one advisor over the others you're a bad leader. listen to all their input and decide on a case to case basis. the best advisors are those who challenge you and keep you on your toes. so even if you disagree on some things their solution might be the best one for the matter at hand.

Josephine. She will obviously be the most neutral advisor. So I trust her judgment to be least biased to any side. As much as I like Leliana as an person, I don't trust her very much due to her ties to the Chantry, and neither Cullen for the matter.
