Damn, Thanks Bioware that was a really great video.

 

- After hearing her in-game I love Sera even more than I did before, if possible.. Her voice actor is doing an amazing job

- Redcliffe looks absolutely stunning. I love how I could still recognise almost every piece of the town yet it looks so much better, much grander than in Origins

- Archery looks really nice as well, definitaly an improvement over last games.

- Mages look much better as well. Both staff and non-staff attacks make for a great change in pace and the animations look really cool

 

Plus, one massive improvement that I really hope was not just cinematic. When they came to the viewpoint, the companions were not simply standing in a row behind the Inquisitor. The Iron Bull stood on the road, Vivienne on a boulder a bit to the left and Sera on a higher vantage point. It made the entire scene look so much more dynamic and realistic.

Why are Witcher fans (and now skyrim fans too) so angry about this game. Some of the comments are just ridiculous, you can play and enjoy more than one game series you know, it's actually more fun that way.

Do we have any idea what version this is? I'm worried about the PS3 and 360 versions looking crappy.

There's going to be a noticeable difference. If you want the game to look or run anywhere near as well as you've been seeing, you're going to need a solid PC, a PS4 or an Xbox One. The Xbox 360 and PS3 just aren't going to cut it any more.

I'm not seeing tons of comments from DA fans on all the articles and video's about The Witcher ranting about how DA:I is so much better and how crap Wild Hunt is.

If you're referring to my comment, i doubt i'll even buy the witcher, it was merely and example to prove that open world games didnt have to be incrediugly.

Game is looking outstanding. One thing that did make me lol, though, was the conversation between the Inq & that woman. She tells her a really sad story, and the Inq basically says 'kbai' at the end

After watching the video again, it seems like my biggest dislike is the heavily stylized character portraits. If that ends up being my biggest problem with the actual game, I'm thinking I'm in a pretty good place.

I'm not saying it doesn't ever happen but it's really not the same at all. Seriously all you have to do is read the comments on almost any DA video/article and there will be loads of comments going on about how much better TW3 is. This is not the case on video's and articles about TW, in fact I saw one comment on a TW vid where a guy said the game was awesome and that he/she was equally exited for this game and DAI and he got a load of hate for that. 

 

I don't care about people not liking DAI but I just find it odd that these people feel the need to bash it so much.

I actually kinda like them but I do hope we can choose something other than that Inquisition symbol as our PC's portrait.

I understand what your saying, but I have seen constant bashing of the Witcher on this forum. and it is the same people feel emotional attached to the franchises and want to defend them fervently

Other than the fact that there's a lake and a castle, DAI Redcliffe looks nothing like the one we used to know in DAO.

I agree, on every single DAI article it is: People saying DA2 was terrible; people saying Mass effect 3s endings were terrible; people saying the witcher will be better. I wish people would discuss, y'know the game.

Well I remember also how Allan Schumacher had to clean up a bunch of posts in a thread titled.

DA:I Vs. Witcher 3: Graphics

 

There were both Witcher and DA fans going at it in the thread. My point is is that there are people on both sides who ruin it for everyone, don't act like group A fanbase is worse then group B, when both have clowns on both sides.
