One of my favorite things to do with Neverwinter Nights was creating modules for friends and other players. Sadly, I never got into it for DA:O.

I realize that Inquisituion will use the Frostbite engine, but is there any chance at all to getting DEV/MOD tools with the game or later on?

Heck, I'd happily pay extra for the deluxe edition if it cam with the tool set to craft some awesome adventures.

If not, I suppose I'll stick with DIVINITY: ORIGINAL SIN, as I hear the game has a very nice tool set.

There will be no tool set.  Also the new engine is supposedly extreamly hard to mod so even more unlikely anything overwhelming will come of mods for this game.  Only the truly tech minded people will be making anything for this game.

Dev tools? Not likely because the license fee per person doesn't come exactly cheap.

Mod tools? I find Bioware a bit conflicting on this front, especially during E3. If it ever happens, it will be after release, most certainly not at release. I am of the believe chances are extremely slim it will ever happen.

Shame.  The modders have kept DAO alive with their work.  It would have been great to do the same with this.

Agreed - I've always considered it a big part of the appeal and beauty of crpgs.
