It was once my go-to to use on just about any infil, now its damage has been decreased, and later it's magazine size. Is it really still worth using? Dont see it too often tbh.
Do people still use the N7 Piranha?

Not a big fan of piranha. I use it on cabal, shaman and brawler sometimes but that's pretty much it.

It's one of the highest DPS guns on the game, and it weighs almost nothing. People had better still be using it.
I use it mostly on the GI, the Destroyer, and the Shadow.

I use it often. It's a fantastic gun.. however I rarely see anyone else using it, including friends. I wish I could use it on melee kits but sadly, there isn't enough room for 3 mods.. and the damn thing demands Smart Choke and I feel it sucks without a damage barrel of some kind on it.

Piranha GI with Warp Ammo IV kills everything. They should have increased the encumbrance of the Piranha. Reducing its magazine size was probably a good option as well.

Hell, yeah! It's still awesome on the GI but... well, it's the GI so...
But it's also great on the N7 Paladin. It's my permanent weapon for him. The only reason I don't really use it on anything else is that I try to find a home for as many different guns as possible. The Krogan Battlemaster is also a good choice if the Reegar makes you feel dirty.

It's the 1st shotgun that gains all its challenge points for me each time. It's a good to passable weapon for a lot of different classes.

It is one of the most OP weapons in the game. On console it is the best shotgun vs armor units.
It really shines on any kits with accuracy and/or RoF bonuses

Probably because it's mostly a short range weapon and people don't like to get that close to the enemy. But, it's pretty much perfect on any melee character even after the nerfs. IMO.

Well, the raider is better in 99% of the circumstances, so... I could understand if they weren't using the piranha but using the raider. Problem is, no one uses the raider either. Which is a damn shame...

Then that's likely the reason why they don't like them. They try them with some odd mod choice (because the thing that always strikes me most about pugs is not the weapon choices... But the mod ones. Mind boggling I tell you!) And then they assume it will always suck because they can't hit the damn broadside of a praetorian with it...

Don't use it anymore.

I still like to use the Raider,especially off host(for the 3 shot glitch).
