it certainly doesn't seem usual to me, mostly because I must have played with Mega for over 3 yrs and how often does a game have that type of longevity? And that we weren't looking for love (at least I wasn't), but it doesn't surprise me that there are others. It is a great game that inspires as much loyalty and bonding as a great NFL franchise (like the Steelers-Slim would agree!). Also feel free to send a message, our xbox gamertags are the same as here and we play most everyday, though not our wedding day...just don't flame or TGI harrier...don't do it!!

Hey Grats you two!
I met my wife in game years ago as well and we had a lot of distance between us, and considering the difficulty of our situations I'm still amazed it all worked out so well in the end.
One major thing I found for relationships for gamers is they both need to be gamers or it might cause too much friction.
I'm kind of rambling, so this rambler is going to get rambling. Again congrats.
PS. Dallas is WAyyy better than the Steelers...

Not to be a pedant but ME3 came out in March 2012 and according to my calcuations (*adjusts glasses*), that is only two years and four months of aquaintance.

If that is anything like you with the GI/Harrier you used on that Condor/Plat game we pugged, I feel sorry for Megabeast and his challenge points for that game.

You can probably find one used for under €140 that's in decent condition. Plus, your PC headset will work with it just fine, while you may need to buy some adapters for an Xbox.
On the downside, there really aren't too many people who play anymore (unless you ask them to)...
