Back in the day, circa Neverwinter Nights, LdyShayna was a super BioWare forumite. (Her name was a holdover from when you couldn't put spaces in user names )
She was helpful and kind and was an amazing addition to the forums.
She eventually became a moderator and was, as usual, a fantastic and positive influence.
It warms my heart to see her immortalized in Inquisition.

Agreed, but most of us have been aware of the inclusion since E3.
It was nice to see, and I remembered immediately who the area was named for.
Bioware is pretty nice to their fans. Over on SWTOR they named one of the in game guns after a player too. 
It's heartwarming to know that Bioware cares its fans. What happened to her? It sounded like she was........
