Should be easy for a Dalish mage. You're probably a keeper of your own clan, never stepped foot in a circle and grew up being told that Dalish = good, Shem = bad.

 

A Dalish would identify as an elf first, mage second.

 

My Inquisitor is not the shem-hating type of Dalish, though.

 

I also want to keep magic alive in the world. Spilling mage blood is a no go.

<chuckle> I'm rather glad I tend to enjoy dwarven rogues as my preferred class and race.  The robes and the elves fighting on the forums is pretty amusing to me.  I hope everyone plays nice enough to keep this thread open, because...

They're on the run and need resources and if you steal from dalish thy aren't going to tell the Templars on you because they have their own mages they don't want killed,
