you have to play Mass Effect 2 twice to get the full effect

when i played mass effect i could not do something in the begaining, becouse I did not have enough pints to open up thing up or was abile to influenace certain people so i shot him. The second time through i was able to do thing i could not do the first time around in the begaining of the game.

Eh, the game will still be great the first time. Arguably better just because of the story impact. But it'll still be great the second time, for those reasons. And the third, and the fourth, and the fifth... ;]

Actually I found that you do have enough points to do any charm/intimidate in ME if you do enough missions in one playthrough.
