it should go to its own mass effect website, why did they move it here?

Because this is the Bioware Social Network . It's not specific to any one game. Dragon Age and Mass Effect have their own websites, too.

Mass Effect is one of the worst games I've ever played, the only game I can think of that it is better than is Morrowind.

I'm assuming it's a troll, dragon age was a let down after mass effect, if anything.

Mass Effect an Dragon Age are both outstanding games, but Mass Effect 2 is going to mop the floor.

Both Mass effect and Dragon age origins are great games.

And both are made by Bioware, so both should be here.

Alright then you're not a troll, fair enough, sorry to assume. Maybe you just don't like sci-fi fluff in general, then? How else could someone not appreciate the universe and storyline Bioware created with this masterpiece of a series?

Lol, that is funny! I almost felt the same way when the forums moved over here, bad memories. Oh, well! You don't have to read them, lol.

The completion time for the game and amount of sidequests was pretty much the same as any other Bioware game. Maybe the pacing was too slow for you? I know the beginning is slow but once you get past that, the storyline kicks in and you're in for one hell of a ride.

A seperate thought, I wish the recent posts were a different search for each game. It's annoying to wade through them when you want to talk about DA.

Uhm, how did you not have anything to do then?
Besides the main story and side quests, there aren't anything to do in any of the Bioware games ;o(well except for talking to your team-mates, which you can do in both games)
Not like you can sit down in a bar just for nothing to chat with strangers.

The side quests in Mass Effect were so boring, I started doing them but had to give up. In Dragon Age the side quests were more interesting.

Actually, i do agree with Dragon age side quests being more interesting.
And i also think that Dragon Age is a much better game, (i doubt that Mass Effect 2 will be able to beat it too)
Although i do enjoy Mass Effect as well.

It's a matter of taste though i guess.

i do agree the side quests for Mass Effect were a little repetitive, but the overall storyline for ME was more epic than that of DA... in my opinion. I still liked DA though.

In all of BioWare's other games any given area is generally more interesting. Optional quests, dialog, role-playing and characters are much better or more developed. Though, I do have to say I'm not a fan of rolling the dice. Combat is somewhat of a frustrating thing for me in DA:O. Still, I couldn't believe the steps back they took with Mass Effect when I played my second BioWare game, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. I feel like they got everything right in SW: KotOR that they didn't in ME.(Almost)

BioWare's other games are much longer. The only game that matches Mass Effect's 'brevity' that I've completed is Jade Empire. JE makes up for this with much richer content, and I prefer it to ME. I read that optional material and writing will be much higher quality in the sequel compared to the original though, and that's way more important than length.
