Lets say Jesus shows up again or that he shows up in modern times instead of in the Roman times, he would be heavily involved in the LGBT community. Especially transsexuals.
Stuff Jesus did:
He hung out with the poor, the prostitutes , the leapers , the sick , the weird, the outcasts and was rebellious in general. Both against fellow jewish ideas and roman aswell.
It is clear then , that if Jesus showed up today he would fight for the underdog and that is the LGBT community, who are looked down on on several levels sometimes ("their own race", their "own" culture,family, at same time as the majority culture/race etc).
I think this would be a good move for Jesus since it would make sure his followers were martyred aswell as separating the true belivers from those who are merely a part of the establishment. Depending on where modern Jesus was born he would probably suffer alot of persecution and maybe even be executed for his ideas and defence of the LGBT community. Maybe future christians would wear the symbol of his execution around their necks. Like an AK47 bullet?
Why transsexuals and not homosexual? Transsexual is more appealing to modern Jesus ( I think) because the changing of sex is more miraculous; imagine a future testament writing how Jesus could change sex! Not just water to wine.
Therefore i propose Jesus would be a transsexual.
